2.99 for a 12-pack
That's fair and we can still bring on can pop

So what's the cost of bottled water onboard and do they have any package deals.
-
We have been there a couple times and don't remember seeing lockers. Dh always carries a neck water proof wallet. I always have my beach bag. I had a small zippered pouch sewn into the side (near the bottom of the bag) in black to match the lining of the bag. I keep a few dollars and ship card in it. It's pretty hard to get to with all my other stuff. We generally sit near other cruisers from our ship ( check out the towels) and we "make friends" and act as guards for each other. ;) We do this at all beaches with no lockers.
We never bring our good camera, passports, credit cards etc.
Thanks for the tips. we normally have always cruised with others but this year just me and my wife and we really want to go to orient and really want to get in the water as well.

Yes it would be nice to know the cost

Still hoping for an answer

Does anyone know if they have areas of this beach that you can lock up items while on the beach?

We are interested as well in using this later this month.

You can have a one way rental thru Thrifty. We have done that in the past and will do again in a couple of weeks.

We did the Panorama deck twice on the Valor and loved it. I too did the surprise. DW thought we had OV on deck 2. She was so excited.

Has any one used Thrifty or Courtyards shuttle service to the Port Canaveral
-
Aww, thanks for the compliment.
I hope you have a wonderful vacation on the Dream. She is a Dream! :)
What part of Ohio are you from? Can't wait to get away from this cold weather. My DW and I are going during her spring break.:)

Best review I have ever read on CC. Cannot wait to sail her next month. :)

It was me. I just won the powerball jackpot this week and I bought all CC members a free cruise tomorrow on the Sunshine :D:rolleyes::eek:

I thought I saw somewhere that the Dream offered some type of weekly spa package. If they do what amenities does it offer

We are renting from Thrifty in March. Found them to be about half of what Budget wanted for the same class of vehicle.

We have gone out of Port Canaveral several times and always stay at the Courtyard. It nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and quite helpful. We always go down a few days early and stay there. We rent a car thru Avis. They are located right down the road. On the day of embarkation we drop the car at Avis and they shuttle us over to the cruise port. We always find Port Canaveral one of the easiest ports to go out of.
Thanks. we are going down 2 days before our cruise and have a car rented thru Thrifty. The way our car reservation looks is that Thrifty is on site at the Courtyard.

Has anyone stayed at this hotel prior to cruising out of Port Canaveral

Just looked them up and they go on vacation April 7 through mid May

Now that's what I'm talking about. Blackjack Band will be on board for our March cruise.:D

Can you tell me which restaurant is assigned dining and which is ATD
-
Does Port Canaveral have a VIP lounge for platinum/diamond?
-
Thanks everyone for these quick responses. You guys are the best.:)

I thought I saw somewhere that there were e-mail addresses available for each ship. We sail on the Dream in March and would like to put in a special request. We are platinum and have tried sending John Heald an e-mail but have not heard back from him.

Just of "Dream" myself, and agree with 95% of what you posted. Entertainment aboard "Dream" is so superior to the ships with the lame "Playlist Production" shows. "Blackjack Band" is OUTSTANDING, although, they are scheduled to go on vacation soon. They still have a seven piece band, with BRASS! GREAT sounds!
I don't have a major problem with the BRUNCH, although I would prefer to have breakfast, and lunch instead. The fact that I usually eat only two meals a day at home, make it a bit more "normal" for me than it would be for most folks. Small tip. The menu they hand you at the brunch, has TWO SIDES! Many people only look at the side that happens to be turned up, and never notice that it has lots more selections on the other side. Just flip it over!
"SKY"
Do you know when "soon" is for the Blackjack Band. we are on the Dream 3/22/14.

Is the price the same for 3 day cruises?
