I am on the same sailing and asked the same question. The consensus was go with carnival's time of 8am (7am island time).

We are on the April 26, 2015 sailing on the Splendor. Carnival has our arrival time in Grand Cayman as 8am and our departure time as 4pm. Grand Cayman's port authority schedule has our ship arriving at 10am and departing at 6pm. We are booking a private charter/excursion there and we are trying to get an accurate time. I know that grand Cayman will be an hour behind ship time, but the carnival time and the port authorities time don't add up. Any thoughts on how to get the answers I need?

A few quick questions here.
1. How often is the taste bar open in the evenings?
2. If you play bingo, your thoughts on price and experience?
3. How crowded did the pool area get during your sailing?
I will be sailing on the splendor on late April in a group of 10 with kids ranging from 12-18.

How many games can each of those cards be used for?
-
We are sailing on the Splendor in April 2015 and some of the people in our group love a good bingo game, and asked that I find the prices. From my research each ship is different with prices and games. Can anyone give me an idea of how much cards cost on the Splendor and how many games those cards can be used for? Thanks in advance!

Does anyone know of an operator that does stingray city, snorkeling, and the turtle farm?
-
we will be in Grand Cayman at the end of April on the Carnival splendor. We are a group of 10 (3 generations) and the group us split on which is the priority. We were hoping that there would be a possibility of going on a stingray city/snorkeling tour and then getting a driver to take the 10 of us to the turtle adventure park, and then back to port for us to catch the tender boat. Any thoughts?
Carnival - for heavy partiers only? Good for kids?

We cruised the carnival splendor in April with a 17, 15, and 13 year old. Everyone had a blast! There is so much or little to do based on your preferences that everyone can find things they like. After the 1st night the kids found other teens to hang with! It was there 1st cruise and now it's the only way they want to vacation!
