Same way with my daughter, she is leaving Sunday on the Breakaway and has not heard anything "officially". She read it on a thread on here and had to hunt down her agent.

We are leaving on Monday on Sky, and we got an email last Friday with the changes.....AND our Vacation Summary has been updated....where hers hasn't been.

Very bad communication with NCL.

Our daughter is cruising on the Breakaway 10/30 which is her 40th birthday.

I called NCL and ordered the "Birthday Package", wanting to surprise her when she boards on Sun. (It was charged to MY credit card)

Well, she called me and asked if I was the one who set it up.

I asked how she knew....well, it is showing up on her Vacation Summary.

So much for the surprise!

This may come a little too late to answer your questions, but.....

We are scheduled to leave on Sky on 10/31 and we received an email from NCL on Friday letting us know of the port changes.....

10/31 - Leave Miami

11/1 - Nassau

11/2 - At Sea

11/3 - Key West

11/4 - Back to Miami

Our Vacation Summary was just updated yesterday.

Some people haven't even received/notifications emails yet.

Daughter is leaving 10/30 on the Breakaway - headed to the same ports in the Bahamas as the Sky....AND she has yet to receive an email-----she had to hunt down her TA!

We are leaving on 10/31 - they have us in Nassau on Tues 11/1 , At Sea on Wed 11/2, Key West 11/3 and Thurs back to Miami on Fri. Just the opposite of yours!

I agree justippy....we are Floridians as well and visit Key West annually.

We were hoping for Freeport since we have never been there.

At least we will be in Nassau to celebrate our 30th anniv on November 1.

My daughter is leaving out of NY on Sunday on the Breakaway and originally planned on visiting the same islands as we were.....she still hasn't received any "official" notification of her changes. She had to hunt down her TA!

Her vacation summary hasn't changed either. (Ours was updated yesterday)

Hoping the re-route would put us in Nassau at the same time, but she will be there the day after us. Would have been awesome to have seen her and my Granddaughters!

Would have thought NCL would have offered us to cancel, not that we would have.

That's what happens when you book during hurricane season.

Oh well, a good time is what you make of it!

BTW - Key West is 7am - 5pm
