Hi could anyone help me out who have been on YC with MSC. Do the free drinks include prosseco or even champagne ? I've heard there very limited. Thinking of booking but the drinks may be a problem. Thanks

Hi traveling on Epic and have drinks package. Is it valid for any drink up to a certain value ? 12/14 ? Dollars if a drink is more expensive like champagne, can you just pay the difference? Does anyone know , thankd

Hi I have booked spa pass on line. Could anyone tell me what happens on arrival at the Epic? Do you get a pass at check in ? Or do you have to go directly to the spa and collect it ? Need prove of purchase? Thanks Helen

Thank you for info , how lucky staying overnight at that hotel. How was it ? The MSC excursion including afternoon tea is 125 half day and 155 full day with lunch. this also includes other places. Afternoon tea direct with hotel is 99 ! so maybe the excursion isnt all that expensive. Not sure what to do as going 2 weeks and other trips and also drinks package. It all adds up ! Do you remember what the room service menu was like ? As we have it included in the premium drinks package.

Thanks for you advice, feel better about the trip. I booked the 2 weeks cruise only nearly a year ago and paid around a thousand each. Wasn't happy to see msc selling the same grade cabin now for 249 a week ! Lesson learnt not always good to book in advanced. I booked flights separate. Any idea how much it is in a taxi from airport to cruise terminal? And do u have to agree a price ? Or is it better to book a transfer? Also when leaving are there taxis outside ship to return ? Will it be same price? One last think on excursions I would like to see Atlantis/ Auqarium also would love to go in the 7 star hotel Burj al Arab. Msc do a day trip it's 155 pounds each! Bit expensive does include some food/ high tea or lunch. Any ideas? Thanks so much

Hi can anyone give me any information. Going on this trip soon and there doesnt seen to be any reviews. There are some on the Musica and there terrible. Has anyone been on any excurisons around the emirates? MSC have lots but as there expensive would be gratefull for any info/tips. Thanks so much.

I just got off the Preciosa last week and definitely prosseco has been taken off The drinks package unless you have premium. They do a sparkling wine instead that is included but it's not nice and isn't prosseco. Unless different ships have different options but I doubt that. Good luck !

You would have to purchase premium package then u can have prosseco or champagne!

Just come back from Preciosa on the Mediterranean. lovely ship, but very crowded and noisey. . Take paracetamol

I have just come back from the Preciosa and paid for my drinks package directly to them. When I realised that this year lots of drinks were now not included I asked if I could pay to upgrade to premium and they refused on board. It seems crazy as they would have received an extra 300 euros got the week. MSC are not very flexible.

Hi, I've just returned from a MSC Cruise Preciosa. Last year prosseco was included and some nice martini cocktails but this year no, they have cut down.: I was disappointed.

Please can anyone help me. This year I booked some on board services through the website and they asked me for full payment. I received a print out saying you have booked the following and thanks. Total was over 500 pounds and no where did it say paid in full. So i have no proof that I have paid for the services. Last year I did the same and they charged me on board, I rang MSC several times and recieved different information from them, one said try your travel agent, I actually booked and paid MSC website ,Has anyone done this before and had any trouble on board ? All I want is a receipt that says paid for the services, as its alot of money and I dont want any problems on board. Thanks if anyone can help

Im travelling on the Epic soon and have pre paid the drinks package. On the website there isnt much info on whats include d. Would champagne / champagne cocktails be included if the price is under 11 dollars ( I believe from cc thats the limit ) Does anyone have a bar/ drinks list .?? Thanks.
