The school board did not want the kids back for 14 days and it's the federal rules after crossing the boarder. Because the kids don't have the booster vaccines they were put in quarantine on the ship but in their cabin.  My daughter was 

free to roam as she had the booster. I'm just saying they seem to treat each case differently but it's a learning curve for all. 

I think everyone in your group should have the conversation "what if" and have a plan worked out.  

4 of my family just finished a cruise. 1 adult tested positive and was sent to quarantine. The 3 others were negative but had to stay in their room until disembarkment. All 4 took a taxi to their car and returned home. Positive one went to quarantine in basement 14 days, kids no school for 14 days, wife back to work the next day at a hospital with daily testing.  I think it was all very fair. Only the one tested positive so far. 

Did anyone notice if they are selling scrapbooking kits? Usually they are in the photo area. 

Thanks for the suggestions.  Looking into it ,the train is much more economical.  I am trying to find out if the train would be scenic. Our travel agent could book a 4pm flight for us which means sitting at an airport for most of the day. 

We are doing cruise in May ending in Copenhagen.  Three days later we are on a river cruise starting in Amsterdam.  We need to decide between flying or train. We have a hotel booked in Amsterdam.  Any thoughts?

I really wish they would offer v neck t-shirts for women. Much more flattering than the rounded neck, and cooler. 

Just came home from a b/2/b/2/b Australia and New Zealand. The first part was gratuities paid promotion. The last part I thought we would have to pay but never came on our account so I wouldn't pay ahead. We are Canadians. Drinks were more expensive but with the gratuities included it works out. Excursions seemed really expensive so ended up cancelling some and using hop on hop off buses on our own. Loved the once in a life time cruise. 

   We were on a cruise in October and thought we might jump to another ship for another cruise. Went to the gentleman in the future cruise office. Thinking there might be a better deal through him we were really disappointed. Even though the ship wasn't full he didn't/couldn't offer us a better price than what was advertised.

We ended up coming home. 

Will be on the ship in a couple of weeks. Please let us know who is on as the cruise director.

Had my coffee card stolen at the international cafe. Really made me mad but the servers recognized me so they served my coffee. I don't drink specialized drinks so had no punches used. Someone got a good deal.

Make sure you sign up for the marriage game. It will be listed in the daily patter. They are looking for newlyweds and the prizes are fantastic.

Saw the poodles a couple of years ago. The lady didn't speak English but many people asked to have their picture taken with the dogs. They were treating her and the dogs like a celebrity. She would leave them tied to a chair while she went for lunch. They were like a companion dog.

Called last Monday and they said they would reverse the charge on my credit card but it hasn't happened yet. Still waiting.

When I called this morning it took about 3 minutes to get through. I was planning on a long wait. My elderly mother was also on the cruise and doesn't do on line banking credit card banking so it could be a few weeks before we find out if her room was charged also. She is paranoid about credit card fraud so this will really upset her. I understand mistakes can happen but this is past being a simple mistake.

Just called 800-256-6649 and sure enough it was the water in the fridge. I told them I did not drink any water. She is reversing the charges.

Departed Freedom of the Seas on Sunday. Checked my credit card on Monday and sure enough a charge of $16.64 Canadian was charged to my card. No explanation just a reference number. I am not amused. Will do the phone call tomorrow. This is a real turn off after a lovely vacation.

Just got off freedom on Sunday. Got an extra charge on my credit Sunday for I assume the water in the fridge that I never touched. Will this go away or do I need to contact them. I reserved the cruise through a travel agent. Being in Canadian currency it's an expensive bottles of water.

Don't get me started on the skywalker night club. We love to dance at night but had a problem on the Emerald last year. The DJ said he didn't get paid enough to do the music at night. Sometimes the waiter would put on some music. Lots of people complained to the desk. The DJ then played the worst music to make us leave. We were not happy customers and the sky walker lost a lot of revenue.
