We were just at Emerald Beach in March and pleasantly pleased.

 

They have chair rentals, shade if needed, Wi-Fi, restroom facilities, food and drinks both at the beach bar also at the Caribbean Fusion Bar and Grill.

 

You have to walk though the lobby of the Best Western Emerald Beach Resort to get to the beach. Their pool is for hotel guests only. We enjoyed our time there, food was good at the beach bar, beach was clean, water was calm and not rocky, we will go back here the next time we're in St Thomas.

 

Taxi cost from Havensight to Emerald Beach was $7 pp, travel time about 20 mins. There are taxis in the parking lot at the Best Western to take you back to Havensight.
