We (family of 4) were on the Spirit these same dates and had a similar experience - minus the plumbing issues. We are not new to cruising and have sailed on HAL, Princess and RCCL - this was our first on NCL. We were in cabin 6035 - similar cabin just a floor above. We loved the extra space and the showers!! We were worried about the casino washrooms being on deck above us but there was no noise from there that we noticed. We experienced periodic 'noise' from the hallway (just loud chatter some nights as people passed and some banging but nothing that lasted more than a minute) but you could get that kind of noise most anywhere on the ship. Service was great -ate at garden dining room most nights and most meals were pretty good for us too. No real complaints. :) Would sail on the Spirit again, too.

We had great experience with cavetubing.bz last Dec. Follow the instructions they provide when you book in terms of meeting up with them at the terminal - I was glad to have them. They had lots of staff waiting arrivals and got you organized into your group/shuttle as soon as you signed in. A very well oiled machine and took acre of you in the order you met up with them. They were very organized and very focused on making sure we all enjoyed our day. Lunch was great, rum punch was awesome. Whole experience was great. We just did the cavetubing experience....definitely liked how we were treated in comparison to the other tour groups we saw along the way - tour was geared to the groups wants, nice equipment, etc.. would book with them again in a heartbeat.
