Having now cruised on both ships, if given the choice, I would suggest the Freedom. The ships are mostly the same, however, the main difference is that the WaterWorks on the Dream take up a lot of room and aren't that great. The Freedom had a lot more seats available around the pool which made for more pleasant lounging days.

We booked the zip-n-dip tour with Victor. The directions to meet the tour group were straight forward (we took the stairs up the hill vs. climbing) and met up with Larsen who drove us to the zip lines / zoo. We all enjoyed those activities and then went to the beach where Larsen waited for us. As the ocean water by the beach wasn't very clear, we found someone to take us out to snorkel in the ocean which was $15 per person and well worth it. All round, I'd highly recommend this tour!

What is the benefit of parking at Fulton vs. the port? From what I can tell, the savings are minimal.
thank you

Ditto to all the great things people said about Ellis above, he gave us a memorable tour last week. He is on time, diligent about getting you back to your ship timely and all round interesting.

He was wonderful company and we enjoyed a truly memorable tour with him. I would highly recomend him.

I know this was an old thread but when I was looking into the difference between the two, I visited this thread and am sure others do, therefore wanted to provide my perspective.
