I had the same problem and my cruise is in 2 week. I finally got it to work by using the link "Web Checkin" on the main web page instead of the link directly in my account.
Here is the link I've used :

I have done the teppanyaki, but it was hard to get a reservation. I've put my name on a waiting list when I was on-board. I got lucky and got a call in my cabin while I was there, and we've got a 7:15PM reservation for 4.
I was good, but I prefer my hometown teppanyaki restaurant.

We are finishing our cruise on July 3rd and we would like to stay in NYC for the day before heading back home.
I was wondering how bad traffic is for leaving NYC at around 6PM-7PM on the eve of the National holiday? We will be using the Washington bridge to get the 87 (direction Albany). Should I spend the night in NYC and leaving in the morning of the 4th instead ?
Thanks for your advice.

Don't stay near the airport. There is nothing there and transportation is not easy, neither by public transportation and taxi/uber (because mostly of traffic jams and construction). You should stay in the Old Montreal. You'll be near the port and near all activities of interest to be visited.

Where do you get tickets
Outside, at the main entrance, where the taxis drops you off.

How much would a taxi be from the ship to Atlantis, and is it easy to find one each way?
TIA
Safe sailing
Of course, it's very easy. You will find them easily when you get out off the port. No need to look, they will find you. They will drop you at the main entrance of Atlantis. You get back to the ship by taking a taxi at this same front entrance. 4$ per person.

Does anyone know what temp they heat the pools to?
Thanks
I don't know what the temperature of the outside pool was, but I was able to swim into the outside pool on Day 1, 2 and 7 without any problem. The pool was heated for sure, just enough to be more comfortable in the water than outside. The only time I was freezing, was when walking from the hot tub to the outside pool on those days (especially on Day 7)
That was on the cruise from February 26th to March 5th 2017.

When anthem is sailing out of nj in the winter months (February), is the solarium open for kids? It seems that there will be at least two days where outside pool activity will be limited. Any experience? Thanks
There is an inside pool on the Anthem that kids can use. That being said, I've seen kids in the solarium, but it was on the first day, at night when there was almost nobody at the solarium. It was February 2017.

I've searched the thread but still have some cococay questions:
1. Going with two children and it appears there are several beaches on Cococay. Which would be best to just have chairs and let them play in the water? Ages 10 and 8
2. Are there beach chairs on the beaches, and do you have to rent them?
3. Is lunch provided by the ship or do we pay for it at a bar on the beach?
4. I see there is a straw market and some bars. I assume we need cash to purchase items at the straw market?
Thanks for the help.
1. When with my children (12 and 10), any beach was OK. But they preferred the one that was like a lagoon. That was the beach in front of the bars and buffet.
2. Beach chairs are available and they are free to use.
3. Yes, there is a buffet BBQ style provided and it's free.
4. Yes, they is a straw market, cash only. There is some bars, but did'nt use them.

Almost all taxi I saw are minivans, so it will be very easy for you to get one for all of you. 4$ per person to get to Atlantis, so I guess it's the same price for cabbage beach.

I've stayed at Courtyard Elizabeth one month ago before my cruise. Location is very good and and the price was great. I will go there again for my next cruise.

I'm not sure if you're talking about the show called "RED". It was at the Two70 and was as the last day of the cruise like at around 9PM or 9:30PM. It was like a high-tech night club show with dancers and those big robotic screens doing some stuff.

No. In my case, 2 adults and 2 kids and paying 168$ to see the aquarium doesn't worth it. Its a nice place for sure, and I don't regret it. But what I saw don't worth that price.
-
My children want to go to the aquarium. Did you take a taxi over and purchase tickets when you got there or did you purchase tickets/make reservations ahead of time. Thanks!!
This is our first time so I feel clueless! :)
We took a taxi (4$ per person). It's more a minivan than a taxi. They will try to fill-up the van before leaving. There is a counter near where the taxi drop you off at Atlantis to buy tickets before entering the hotel. No need to purchase in advance. There was not a lot of people, no lineups. We arrived there at around 1PM.
Very easy to do it yourself, don't worry.

Where do you get the specialty coffees that come with the deluxe beverage package?
At La Patisserie in front of Cafe Promemade, in Cafe Two70 and in the Windjammer there is a "coffee shop" as well.

I was there last week. We have arrived at KSC at around 1PM and left at 6PM. I didn't have time to check out everything.
For sure, don't miss the space shuttle Atlantis. Also, I did the tour bus, but I would skip. It's a 45-60 minutes ride to see the launch pads. But doing that, you'll miss the Apollo/Saturn V exhibit. I don't know if there is a way to go there without the tour bus. It's a 15 minutes ride to get there.

My daughter was able to Skype chat (text) with her BFF without buying an internet package with her iPod Touch on AOTS last week. Must be a glitch. Only chat and sending pictures was working. The video or voice call wasn't working without the internet package.
-
Just came back from there. The access to the aquarium (and therefor the site as well) is $42 USD per person. Same price for kids.
-
By the way, Skype chat works without an internet package by connecting to royal-wifi. But you cannot video chat, it doesn't work. My daughter chat a lot with her BFF and sent a lot of pictures while at sea.

Can you buy those coffee card on board or you absolutely need to buy them online?

Thanks for the detailed information! :)

Hello,
My next cruise has a stop at port canaveral. I've search on the port website, and the cruise docks at the Terminal 1.
I have a friend that will meet us when we will disembark the ship for the day. What would be the best place for him to wait for us? Are people that are not from cruise ships have access by walking at to dock to meet us?
If not, any suggestions where he could meet us ?
Thanks

Hello,
My cruise stops at Port Canaveral for one day (noon-9:30PM). Is it easy to rent a car from Port Canaveral for one day? Are rental agencies have shuttle? Which ones does? Do they close late to accommodate late departure from cruise ships ?
Thanks for the info.

I had a price increase (more than 1000$) before my final payment for a cruise in march. I've called RCI and they fixed the problem.
In my case, the system had removed the "kids sail free" promotion that I had. The represatative was very helpful. It's better to call RCI instead of emailing them in those cases.
