7/17 - sail / We ended up boarding the Jewel at about 10:45 AM and it was quite an easy process even two ships loading at the same time.

Thank you all. Booked the flight at 12:30pm. Cruise line stated that it had to be after 11:40am.
Flatbush Flyer - We are going a day early to decompress from coast to coast travel and see a little of the city. Great idea.
Thank you.

We would like to know what times to book our return flight. We arrive at port at 7am on a Friday after and Alaskan cruise on RC. Would a 10:30am departing flight work? There is a considerable difference in airfare prices which is why we ask and we've never been to Seattle so we are clueless.
Thank you for your time.

Ruth - Thank you!!! [/b]More info than I could have wanted. Greatly appreciated for your response. We do not cruise but thought that was the most effective way to see Alaska for the first time with our 7 year old whose friend is going so they can occupy themselves a bit.
I was referring to the ship capability to have menu items across the board. Should have been more specific.

We are taking an Alaskan cruise in July on RC Jewel of the Seas. We are vegetarian, ovo-lacto (egg & cheese). They have steak houses and we need to make sure were covered.
Do any of you recall menu options for us?
Thank you.
