Either Amazon or your local party store. As stated not many participants but fun for photo opps.

We are booked on the Opera for B2B in April, no update yet for our cruise.

Not worried about the swimming & I am not a jumper. As for the slides are the long& fast? I want to be able to control speed somewhat.... No cuts or bruising wanted due to blood thinners.
-
I don't want to jump or slide but family does, are there steps at all of the falls??
-
I too am the more cautious type & prefer not to slide or jump but my adult kids want to go. The scenery looks amazing & once in the water I am fine, I just don't do slides on ships or water parks. I have this reserved but still thinking about it.

I was there May 19 and there is no town but you walk outside the gate where you show your sign and sail card and there were stalls on both sides of the road and the bar, maybe fifty yards long. I am going back in 3 weeks and will go back. I talked to the locals who checked your sign and sail card and I could take my bottle beer back in and they were most friendly and the shops looked nice altho I was only interested in a Kalik. Enjoy your stay .
Was anyone around to take you on an island tour?

Headed there in December, looking for your options

The ship is currently in Europe, was doing South America prior.
That is most likely why there is no current info.
She returns to the US, and resumes service from Port Canaveral Nov 16, 2023.
We will be on the Nov 16 cruise.
We too are on the 11/16 sailing but only for 4 days.... Breaking in our 3 yr old grandson to cruising!!!!
That's long enough for a first time 3 year old!!

We have done Princess and Holland. We leave this weekend on Cunard.
So far.... No real difference in cruise lines. The weather on the other hand completely different. Both previous cruises were second week of September. The first one was warm the second cold and rainy.
Let's see was happens next week!!

Years ago we used Coastal, they were AMAZING!

We too are bringing masks, I bought ours at a party store but then did a little more enhancements.

I agree, the names are as confusing as
H€££. I have been on Scape & just booked Shore.

Thx for posting. I have been considering this but when you put it in perspective of the Venice gondolas (we have done) maybe I will think of another option.

TY for all of this info. We leave later this week & was unsure what to do.
Previously we did a tour, was looking for something different.

Bermudabound2014,
Thank you so much for your review. Hopefully you have encouraged everyone to love my homeport of Tampa as much as we do. Yes we do have fog and when we do it is HEAVY.
Many don't like our 2 hour, 15 minute sailaway but we love it.
And thank you for all of the info about "Connie", she will be our first Celebrity ship when we board her on Good Friday.
If we love her as much as our other Tampa ships I am sure we will be Beck again.

It is my understanding that Magdalena Island has a high chance of being canceled due to weather conditions.
Port Stanley ... whether the ship can call here is very much weather dependent since this is a tender port. Assuming the ship is able to do so ... I am not familiar with the Newan's Station excursion, but if you can book Patrick's Volunteer Point tour (not ship's tour) you will get to see King Penguins. Google Patrick Volunteer Point for contact info. For a shorter tour, Gypsy Cove might be an option.
Patrick is sold out

Is the app active before the ship is officially handed over? I honestly don't remember.
I hope!

Ship is still under construction and isn't "active" as far as the app.
It has passed sea trials & we board Nov 19 for inaugural.

So far the Seascape isn't listed to have MSC & Me app. Any news about this?

I'm not sure why, but we saw a lot more icebergs, and they were closer in to town than we did during our 2013 stop at Nanortalik (which was at the same time of year). They're beautiful!
Way more icebergs than same cruise in 2019!

This was an encore cruise for us having dive the exact itinerary on the exact ship in 2019. It was a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT cruise from 2019. We had beautiful weather then. We didn't purchase internet because back then we got it free due to status and didn't really get it. There is just no connection that far north.
As for the Greenland ports they are unique and the people are pleasant. Passengers just need to do a bit of research prior to booking to know what to expect.
I will say it was the worst weather of any cruise we have been on

Years ago we had the Portuguese Army airlift our executive chef off due to a heart attack. We were so far out the refueling plane came too!! That's was something to see!!! And BTW the Chef recovered.
