The Natural Pool is not a beach.  It is (you say) a water hole with large rocks all around it that protects it.  Water from the ocean splashes up around it and into it.  It really is pretty neat.

We used ABC Tours once when we stated in Aruba for a week.  They were great!  They brought us to some nice places including swim/snorkeling at the Natural Pool.  The Natural Pool is my favorite place to go in Aruba.  They let me drive one of the Jeeps.  I had a great time.

Thanks everyone.  How about if we would like to see North Beach and that area around Honolulu?  Do we need a car?

We are cruising to the various islands on the Pride of America.  I was thinking of renting a convertible for some of the islands.  We will be in Honolulu for three days.  I would also like to rent in Maui, Kauai, and Hilo for at least one day.  I am wondering if we should rent convertible for certain islands compared to others.  Will I need a SUV or Jeep on any of the islands?  Thanks for any help.  By the way, we will not be driving the road to hana.

I would like to use Fair WInd for my snorkeling trip in Kona, but I am concerned whether we have enough time to get off the POA and make to Fair Wind in time.  ANy comments?

We hear so many stories about Mexico not being safe.  I have heard good things about the tour company "Tour Plaza".  My sister-in-law is worried that we will be brought into a bad area.  I would like to see some ruins while we are in Cozumel.  Any comments on any of this.

I have read about a private shuttle service on Kauai that does tours of the island. Are there other private shuttle services on Maui and the Big Island?

We are cruising on POA in March. I would like to snorkel at least once, but I have heard that the seas can be kind of rough in March. I have a couple of questions.

Which is the best island to snorkel at during March? And also, can anyone recommend a good company or individual to bring us snorkeling. I know that when we have been in St. Thomas we have hired a sailboat and crew for the day and it has worked out well.

How is the Marina area for hotels? We are going in March and it seems that the areas downtown, by the Wharf, and other areas are all VERY pricie. Trying to spend all of our money in a two day stopover to our Hawaii cruise.

I would like to drive the Road to Hana myself, but my wife would rather we get hooked up with a tour. I am sure that are several out there, but I am always looking for everyone's favorite. Any suggestions?

Hi All, This is Peter and Martha from NH. I would like to ask everyone why I should book this cruise instead of NCL Pride of America. Will the weather be good enough for swimming pools on the way to Vancover after Hawaii?

We will be staying in Pompono Beach and have decided to take a cruise out of Port Miami. Can anyone suggest a service to get a party of 5 to the port?

We have a friend that has a condo in the Pompano Beach area. We would like to stay by them. Are there hotels by there that can give us transportation to the Miami pier for a Saturday cruise?

We are trying to decide which cruise to go on a NCL 7 day cruise around Hawaii with 3 days at Oahu or RCCL 12 day cruise around the Island with an extra day or two in Oahu? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for the great thread. My wife and I are planning to go to Hawaii for my retirement present. We have never been there. We plan to do a cruise (because we love to cruise). Because we have never been there we want to see a lot just in case we never get back. I have a couple of questions for you.

1st--We have been looking at the September and the May cruises. Is there any difference in the weather coming and going from Vancouver at those times of the year?

2nd--We have been looking at the NCL Pride of America and the RCCL Radiance of the Seas. We thought that POA would allow more island time, but RCCL also seems to stop and a lot of the islands. Can you comment on why I would pick one over the other?

3rd--The Radiance is a smaller ship than the other RCCL we have been on. Is there still plenty to do on the five days at sea?

How do suite prices work? Does the first two people pay full and the 3 and 4th person pay the 3rd and 4th person fee?

Only good things to say about the Tours. We have used him twice now. Both wonderful, fun tours.

We used the map that was supplied by Loterie Farm when you pay $5. We walked to the top I believe.
