Comments This suite was well appointed but getting tired few things not working which are special to this suite would not go in this suite on Grand class of this type again because of pool above bedroom

  3. Did the royal suit to New Zealand Nov 17 from Sydney cabin from hell

noise from above in the ceiling for first 2 nights could not fix

then sprayed a aerosol penetrating substance unable to stay in the

suite for 2 days. Don't expect too much as most of the extras don't

work any more i.e. electric curtains, piano, steam shower, bed room

doors.Had maintenance in the cabin more than us.Came home with

asthma like symptoms from the spray.

Hope all the faults have been fixed sorry to put a damper on your cruises but that's was our experience on Radiance. Still doing royals on other ships:D

  5. Good Morning fellow cruisers anyone stayed in Owners suite #1300 on explorer of the seas, or that class of ship? Any photos or information would be greatly appreciated! Do You know if there is a lot off noise from Pool or deck above?

    Thank You

We were in #1300 OS this March we got 2 good nights sleep. It's on the starboard side which is the smoking side and nearly every night after the night clubs closed around 1am the smokers on the cruise gathered to smoke and talk moving the chairs and tables. Not had much luck on the Voyager either #1608 OS was the same with noise from above.

  6. (PederLin Just off Navigators 31/3 sailing and feeling the need to share / warn others about this cabin. 1610 is a standard balcony cabin on Deck 10 right next door to the Royal Suite. Good location right? Wrong. I'm not sure what all the sailings are like on this ship but, for some reason , every single night we had someone clattering around with clompy footwear - every single night between 2 and 4 AM - directly above our heads.)

We were in 1608 on voyager in a OS had the same noise from above like banging pipes at the same times (put it down to pool maintenance at night only had 1 good nights sleep.)

    Problems see comments

Comments Serious vibration 24 hours no stop, leather 3 seater lounge unable to sit up right kept slipping down because of vibrations.

Balcony really big, round table 4 chairs and 2 lounges with room to dance pity the noise from the air inlet on the side was so loud it was uncomfortable on the same side.

Disappointed that the Blue suite services book had inserts NOT ON SUN CLASS SHIPS....every other page for suite extras. The Dawn is looking worn and tired

This was the second cruise in a S2 with Princess and the last never again...

  8. Just got off Dawn Princess in an owners suite that's the LAST TIME

on Sun Class ships in a suite that are expensive compared with other

lines and in the services book all you seem to get is This is

EXCLUDED IN SUN CLASS SUITES.... notes added to the bottom of the

pages very disappointing. Must say the beds were comfortable nearly

isolated you from the constant vibrations. Sea Princess was exactly

the same but the beds not as good.

  9. Hi David,

    Will you Cancel our Cruise

    31 March ... augarry ... Golden Princess ... Tasmania 5 nts

    and add new cruises to

18 November 2017 Radiance of the Seas to New Zealand 11 nights,

14 March 2018 Sea Princess Queensland 10 nights

  10. Anyone used RCI flight and transfer service and had the same unorganized planing, flight from Adelaide to Sydney 9:00am arrive Sydney 11:25am Shuttle bus transfer departs 11:20am and the next shuttle bus departs the airport at 1:20pm (we are in a suite with priority boarding). Nearly 2hrs wait at the airport I'm sure blind Freddy could do better, not a good start for first time with RCI I hope things get better, normally sail Princess.
