I just received a call from Wendy at BTW. She said I can get a credit for another BTW event (HELL NO!), file a claim with Travel Guard or dispute the claim with my credit card company. I told her I just want my money back. I also told her I would like to receive a letter stating that the cruise was cancelled so I can file a claim. I asked her when the charter was cancelled, she told that BTW found out when Maxwell cancelled; which is a lie. Royal Caribbean cancelled the charter in November.

I am really disappointed with this promoter. I have sent them a message today requesting my full refund or I am filing a complaint. Then I see a FB message from Maxwell that it was cancelled. I am hoping I hear back from them today regarding my refund.

I contacted American Express. I was only able to dispute the December payment because it was not past 60 days. I will be filing a claim with Travel Guard, but I think this will be unsuccessful. Also, I will be filing a claim with the Attorney General's office in Arizona.
