Has anyone been to this resort on a day pass? Nacho Cocum is booked and  I found this as an alternative but I don’t know anything about it except pictures on their website. It looks really nice.  Anyone have any experience?

reading reviews on all the beach clubs. Blue Kay says no sawgrass but from some comments and reviews all the beach clubs have the problem. Is there a location that would not have the problem? We will be there in January and are trying to decide what to do. Thanks in advance

Has anyone done this excursion?

I was a little nervous also. The boat does go fast but if you don't sit in the front, it's not too bumpy. Beautiful snorkeling area without the crowds! Lunch on shore was delish!

At the end of the day, we were so glad we went!

Sailing on the Silhouette this month out of FLL. We disembark on Easter Sunday and our flight leaves FLL at 10:35 am. Mildly concerned that we may have booked too early a flight. We will self disembark as early as possible and carry our own luggage off.

 

Anyone taken early flights before who can offer any advice?

We got off Equinox on Fri. Feb 13. There were four other ships disembarking. We did walk off at 7:15 and were at the airport by 8:00. Caught an 8:45 flight with no problems. Highly recommend walk off. You have your luggage and walk thru customs before any crowd!

We rented scooters in town and spent the day riding around the island. People were very helpful if you got lost. Just google scooter rental St Kitt. Last year we took a cab to Frigate Bay beach club for the day. Very very nice

We were on Jan 23rd sailing and wound up getting off the ship at about 11:30 am. I always book flights after 1 pm so had no problem. I know there are people on these boards saying that making early flights is no problem. That is only true if nothing goes wrong. On this particular cruise only 2 customs agents originally showed up for work. This is about the fifth time we have encountered debarkation delays in 31 cruises. Not frequent but definitely not rare!

Is there anything we should make sure to see/do on the ship?

 

Do they have black jack tournament? How much?

 

What is the lawn area like?

I would see the hot glass show at least once. They have several shows throughout the cruise.

Yes there is black jack tournament and I think it's $25.

We just got off the Equinox on Friday. Had an 8:45 flight and made it easily. The key is express walk off service. You carry your own bags and walk off at 7:15. We were through customs in 15 minutes. Caught a cab and were at the airport before 8.

We are on Celebrity Summitt in January and are looking at Mondoo 1/2 day spice tour. Anyone have any experience withis tour?

:) We did Alaska on Princess and did the land tour prior to sailing. If you are going to go that far, you have to do the land tour. In my opinion, Princess has the best land tours with their own lodges and trains. The scenery is magnificent. I advise doing the land first, because by the time you get to the cruise, you are ready for a rest!:)
