How many Covid cases are you aware of on the Quantum now. I know of 5 in quarantine. Have you heard anything? I know everyone is getting tested who is staying on the ship in Honolulu. 

Just curious. Did you hear or know about Covid cases on your cruise? Quantum following you has many in quarantine.

I have emailed them today for our 8-8-21 Alaska cruise. They quit selling this cruise two weeks ago when they hit 80% capacity. We will see.

Where is the best place to view the Glaciers  on the ship. Not many outside areas where you can see 360 degrees. What are your suggestions. For inside and outside viewing.

The east side of Vancouver island is too narrow for cruise ships.  You are following the standard route.

 

All cruise ships to Alaska from Vancouver BC go on the east side of Vancouver Island (the real inside passage) lol.

Be afraid, be very afraid!!  Once had 6 days of 40 to 60 foot swells and 50 Knot winds. Everything was locked down and many sick people. Not fun. 

As a flounding member of the Steerage Society, we feel that we are superior to all other programs. We are the most inclusive cruising loyalty program in the world.  We accept everyone, so we have the largest potential group of members on the planet.  So there! Eat your hearts out or join us. 

Oh well. I thought it was a way to keep food costs down by feeding us hotdogs. And they were good hotdogs. Thanks for the info

Did they put a Dog House hot dog stand on the Explorer when is was remodeled? I was on the Navigator and Mariner after their refurbishments and they got one. I liked eating the dogs, It was a little Costco fix while at sea!! I will be on the Explorer for 25 nights and will need a Polish sausage.:D:D

I like the Costco Experience.
