From our Seaside sailing in July...bottle water can be still or sparkling both 1litre sizes. They also has a smaller size if interested (you will get 2).

The gelato is large or small (single/double scope)...up to you. The wifee and I went with double scoop and shared,

what are the patches side effects?

Hi Xenia,

The most common is drowsiness and a slight groggy feeling. You may not experience any of these. Mixing the patch with alcohol is not a good combination, so this may affect you cruise ;-)

The seabands do work. If the motion is really bad dramamine/gravol does the trick but before the cruise. I have also tried ginger tea with great results.

The certificate will be fine. Walk with the expired one as mentioned before. The passport is important in case of any emergencies and you need to fly home from one of the island ports.

This was what was available on the smaller buffet in the evening I believe it has now changed (for the better) to the larger deck 8 buffet.

We thought this was ok btw!

You can be aboard as early as 12:30-1pm on day 1. Make the most of your 8 days

Yup. Speciality, MDR, buffet and bars. No chocolate drinks though
