I know 2023 brought a major menu change, but has anyone noticed any minor changes since then?

Given the time between regular menu changes, no. Maybe another year.
I didn't realize there was a time between regular menu changes. What is that time and why?

Does anyone know if Royal plans a change for the menus again this year?

It's really a shame they got rid of the cigar lounges on the ships. It's different smoking a cigar than a cigarette. It was great, they have a waiter even. Those were the days! Hopefully it comes back....

Does anybody know if the sofa beds pull out to double beds or are trundle style? We would prefer trundle style for our 2 teenagers. Thank you.
What style room do you have? I'm wondering the same thing but unsure if it changes by room type.

We sailed her in a JS in October. Has anything been done about the filthy glass & rust on the balcony? I love sitting on my balcony but not on that cruise!
I've had this on a few ships. I really think some of it just has to do with the elements. The windows get washed frequently, however the splashing salt water doesn't shop. The harsh environment just eats at the metal and paint leaving signs of rust. Having the quick turn around after each voyage doesn't lend itself to treating each inch of the ship all the time, and if they said to everyone stay off your balcony for 6 hours while we power wash the ship in port people would complain.

The 24 hour package is $28-30 - you can compare that to the price in the planner now.
I'm currently showing 18 dollars a day for the full cruise package. So maybe better to hold out for the 24 hour package. Thank you. I assume it's not quick enough for having a zoom meeting?

A 24 hour package is available, but only on board. Even with old style sat internet, working on the ship was possible depending on the specifics of the needs. Assume Starlink will be installed by the time you sail.
Is it worth waiting for the 24 hour package or is it overpriced ?

Does anyone know if the dry dock updated the internet on the cruise to starlink? I hate to be connected but I have to for work on one day(my understanding is I need to buy the entire package and can't get just one day).
Thanks in advance!

Just get rid of all indoor smoking.
I don't see how that little room was bad, it kept people in one spot to smoke. It's not like the casinos where they force you to basically walk through them, it was out of the way with a closed door and proper ventilation.
-
Thank you. I doubt that after dry dock they put the lounge back in.

Yea it still exists but is no longer for smoking
Well that seems senseless! I assume you can't smoke them in the casinos either....

Does explorer of the seas still have a cigar lounge?

Are you seeing the entertainment/shows for each night? I'm trying to figure out what entertainment/shows are in the 8night sailing
-
Can you also let us know the menus on each night?!
-
Kind of what I was thinking but I don't follow too many ships at dry dock, I wonder if this will delay their next sailing?

Inside out is a Pixar/Disney movie, so probably not.

Are foods and drinks free at the promenade?
Here is The Promonade Café.And here is the delightful, delicious and delectable …….. Cheesecake Lollipops. Luscious white chocolate with a soft and creamy cheesecake center with the slight hint of a graham cracker crust. Look at that picture. Do I really need to say more?

Bump... Because it's a good question.

There was also magician/comedian who was very funny and a very good magician...didn't expect to like his show, but I did, very much. :)
Was the magician appropriate for children?

Great review. Where did you stay in Bermuda?
-
Any chance someone can post the compasses they were emailed?

Glad you're having a good time. Hopefully the weather has been amazing for you.
If You have a minute....
Any coke freestyle machines(I assume no).
Have you seen where suite members get to sit on the pool deck, is it often full or no?
Have you had the little one on any excursions? Are there many appropriate for kids, or just the beach?
AND GOOD FOR YOU TELLING THE GUY NOT TO FILL HIS WATER BOTTLE THERE, SERIOUSLY!!!!

I actually think they offer grilled chicken every night, it comes with a sauce so you may want to have them put that on the side.
