  1. I've seen the question asked earlier on this thread but cannot find the answer. What is the champagne or champagnes available in the all inclusive package. Does it fall under the same category as up to 11$ per glass and if so is there a link to the list by the glass?

The only information I have been able to find on champagne is the gift order form. There must be more choices available or am I going to end up in withdrawl from my favorite beverage on my upcoming cruise?

Yes, champagne is available through the inclusive alcohol package. I don't remember what kind it was, but it was dry. My wife is the champagne drinker.

  2. Is dry cleaning not available at all or just not in the all inclusive package?

Another person already said that on the site it says no dry cleaning, but I can confirm that is true on Windsurf. My wife and I got the laundry package on our last cruise and it was just wash. They do a good job with it though.

  3. I've search for laundry information and the threads are pretty old. Has anyone been on a recent cruise? Can you provide up-to-date info on the unlimited laundry prices? Thanks.

We were quoted $140 for a 9 day cruise in May 2015.

We used it in May 2014 for an 8 day cruise where we stayed three days pre cruise and a week post cruise and thought that it was a good value. They do NOT provide dry cleaning so keep that in mind. For me it wasn't that big of a deal, but my wife had to make sure she didn't travel with a lot of dry clean only garments.

  4. My wife and I did the exact same trip in 2014 on Windsurf and loved it. We had excellent weather as well. We went on many of the Windstar excursions and probably enjoyed the trip out to Taormina the best. However all of the excursions were enjoyable.

I would say that the laundry package was well worth it. It allowed us to get our clothes washed since we were in Italy for 5 days prior to the cruise and it allowed us to have clean clothes as well post cruise since we stayed in Venice for 3 days and then made our way to Florence.

We have only sailed on Windsurf; I spent many years in the US Navy and was reluctant to 'cruise' at all. I am happy to say that I really enjoy Windstar and am looking forward to our cruise in May from Athens to Istanbul.
