I received the email from Viking part of which reads:

"While your journey may not be in the general vicinity of the outbreak, as a precautionary measure, we have implemented enhanced health screenings (via a health care questionnaire) for all guests boarding our vessels within the next 90 days. Additionally, any guests who have traveled from or through mainland China within 14 days of the beginning of their trip with us, will not be permitted to embark the ship."

I wondered how & when the health care questionnaire would be done so wrote to Viking & was their response was "The questionnaire is completed during the embarkation process."

We just got an offer that was to good to pass up so booked the British Isles Explorer for August 3rd from London to Bergen!! Excited!

We were notified today that our St. Petersburg & Baltic capitals cruise has been cancelled.  Very disappointed.  But, would rather be safe. 

We are booked for the Mediterranean Odyssey on this ship April 13, 2019. Will be our second ocean cruise with Viking. Have also done 3 river cruises with them.
