I did the same thing after 3 cruises canceled. I had to call cancel the cruise for this year it took them some time to change fcc and discounts back to dollar amount in my account. Filed claim receive email it was going for final approve never heard back called couple times spoke to a supervisor who assured me there would not be any problem getting a full refund.took over 90 days for it to show up on my credit card statement. Good luck

DCL canceled cruises til Dec 11th I think it was

I looked a mine it changed

That’s my next step try to get my money back haven’t read anything good about that happening I don’t think May of 21 is going to happen

I’m book for end of May Alaska this years was canceled would never thought it would have turned out like this sad! Hope for the best

Just received email from NCL my May Alaska cruise is canceled

They said about 20 day I should see it fingers crossed

Yes I called Delta non refundable tickets 5round trip it went better than I expected all of about two minutes full refund received refund email before call was complete

I canceled my Delta flights for May 22nd they are refunding me all my money they said it could take up to 20 days.

Booked ours over a year ago as well Alaska hope for the best.

We cruised on the fantasy 7 night New years my daughter is 19 son is 16 they had a blast they met so many new friends it was hard to get them to come in at night.This was our third Disney cruise and they and my wife and I love them.So I don't think your kids are too old have fun.Hope this helps
