Are taxis readily available at the Motril cruise port ? Anyone know the cost for a ride to the Alhambra and return to port?
(yes, we have tickets for Alhambra, just trying to figure out the most efficient transportation)
Thanks in advance.

Coontech:
How much did you pay for the massage on the beach? Are they set up right by bananarama?
Ill be there next month. Thanks.

This is our first HAL cruise. Been on many other lines, but we are usually going directly from the airport to the ship. On this trip, we have time to shop before embarkation.
Will HAL let me embark with a 12 pack of soda, and maybe a 12 pack of bottled water? I understand these items are not free on HAL. Please advise.

Hello,
We will be in Puerto Quetzal on a Sunday and wish to go to Antigua on our own.
Will there be taxis available at the port to take us there, and taxis available in Antigua
to return us to port? What would be the approximate cost?
Will most things be open on a Sunday in Antigua?
Thanks,
Diane

Hi Milepig
We are in 210 Spirit after you. Have you adjusted to the engine noise? Hope so.
I don't mind some "white" noise while sleeping, so hope it serves that purpose. I didn't choose that cabin, it was assigned to us.
Hope the decent weather continues for us. Any advice/tips for those following you on this cruise?
Any not to miss spots for snorkeling, etc? Have you been able to make use of the sports platform?
Enjoy the rest of your trip.

We will be on the Wind Spirit the end of November. The ship offers a snorkel at Pufuna in Fakarava and a drift snorkel in Tiputa Pass in Rangiroa. Windstar states these are "strenuous" tours. Has anyone done these tours? Can you comment on them. Can an average swimmer who is comfortable snorkeling have fun on these tours. Any comment on which one would offer the best underwater scenary? Any input greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Dipsylee.
I've booked the excursion, but am still hoping someone out there can tell me a little more about this particular beach. Our first (& only other) time on Fakarava we went to the Blue Lagoon. I think everyone should do this once as it was a great excursion, but we're looking for something a little more low-key this time around.
Did you end up doing the beach escape ?
How was it? Where did you go?
We will be there in November and I am trying to get things figured out.

Does anyone know about how much the taxi fare would be for 2 persons to travel from Falmouth Harbor to Valley Church Beach?
Thanks

Hi
We will be on the Windsurf and anchored in the North Sound of Virgin Gorda. What is the best way to get to the baths on your own?
What is the least expensive way to get there? We prefer to do things on our own and will probably not tale the ship's excursion.
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Thanks Ann for that information. I don't know that we will want to sit and watch the whole game, but its good to know where we could go to watch
part of it.
Sounds like you have been in Antigua a few times. Is it difficult or expensive to get a cab from Falmouth Harbor to go to valley church beach? Is there a better beach choice from Falmouth?

We will be on the Windsurf in Falmouth Harbor on Jan 11.
What would be the best/least expensive way to get to valley church beach?
What would the taxi ride cost?
Since it's a Sunday, sounds like the public bus would not be a good option??
Or would the bus be ok...we don't depart Antigua till 11PM.
Looks like we would need to take the bus to ST John and then transfer.
Is there a better beach to consider if you are on that south side on Antigua?
Also, do you think any of the bar/restaurants will have the Bronco football game on? Maybe they will have it on the ship?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

Half and half?
in Oceania Cruises
Posted
We are soon to embark on our first cruise with Oceania, on Sirena.
Does anyone know if they have half and half onboard? I’m a picky coffee drinker and just wondering what to expect. Thanks.
