Where do I find the cruise personaliser? Is it on the app or the website as I can’t see it on either. I cannot see travel summary either. I have booked the cruise and set up app but I am a bit confused on what my husband will have to do to enable him to connect to Wi-Fi onboard. Does he need the app or is it sufficient that he is named on my app? Sorry if that doesn’t make much sense but I am not great with IT.

Yes, you can ask on board. There's no table option to choose online regardless of what type of dining you have.

I have just tried to book reservations online, and although I can request date and time, it doesn't ask table size we want. Does anyone know if you book onboard can you ask for a specific table size?

How strict were they with boarding times at Southampton? We are on Navigator next month and have been given a boarding time of 14.15pm but would prefer to be onboard much earlier than that. Thinking of going down earlier but not sure if they will let us on or turn us away. Would appreciate your view on this.

Just wondered if Carlo's Cake shop cakes were on sale in Atrium Cafe on your cruise? We were on the Southampton to Barcelona cruise recently and they did not have any. I didn't know if they had stopped selling them altogether or if they just didn't have them on this particular cruise. I have enjoyed treating myself to one on previous cruises on Epic.

We have boarded twice before in Barcelona and on both occasions it was open for lunch.

I think they are way too small for 4 people as sometimes they seem very small with only 2 people in.

When are you asked to pick a designated arrival time? I have already checked in online for our cruise on Epic in October and wasn't asked.
