We are booked in Cabin #1864 on Freedom of the Seas for an August cruise.

Made the booking about a year ago when this room was pretty new and nothing could be found on the internet about it. (Locked into a ridiculously good deal on it, too...that's why I am hesitant to give it up!)

But in the last few months I have read a few comments elsewhere on the internet about how this/these rooms struggle to maintain a coolness in the heat of the sun in April/May (the room is wall to wall windows).

Definitely looking for feedback on this atmosphere issue as we will be in the Caribbean in August. Any comments would be great. Thanks in advance.

(if this has been addressed in a previous thread, my apologies)

How did you like cabin 1864? We are set for August 2016, and someone reviewed it and said the room was hot. Trying to figure out if we should switch. tia.
