Great review. I'm sailing out on Sat. How much is a mojito on the ship? I wanted the UBP, but since there are 4 adults in the cabin, all of us would be forced to buy it. And that got pricey.

Thank you Cruise_Dancer and TA for sharing your cruise adventure and engagement with us. DH and I sail out on Sat via Summit. It's our first onboard the X, so your pictures and detailed explanations really help level set expectations and calm some of the packing anxiety. I've only sailed Carnival ships, so the more resort casual Nights and not knowing what the entertainment would has been nerve wreaking.

Cruising Summit and see X website states no shorts or flip flops in the evening on the "ship". Is this an enforced rule? What if I'm at the pool? Does no one "dress down/day causal" in the evenings? Being forced to wear, what I call Business Casual, in the evenings defeats the purpose of a vacation. I do understand dressing for a nice plated dinner setting, but that's it.

Please advice as I'm practically buying a new wardrobe for this cruise and not liking it.
