We have booked a QM2 cruise for later this year 1st Cunard cruise since 2018 so looking forward to coming back.

We have not done purchased drinks package before but are considering it this time.

12 night cruise & we both enjoy socialising with a few drinks at lunchtime, early evening, pre dinner, wine with our meal & in the night club ….
 

 At the end of most cruises the bar bill was quite a lot. 😂

We do have a healthy 690 dollar onboard credit.

So should we go for it. ??

Hi we are planning our QV cruise in September from Venice for 9 nights & would appreciate any helpful recommendations for tour companies organising shore excursions from Messina on the 26th & Naples on the 28th.

Hi we are newbies to TA going west on route to Caribbean sailing on Discovery; we are really looking forward to our fly cruise cruise from Palma on route to Caribbean to enjoy having a relaxing time at sea leaving next Saturday 29th .

Busy putting together 20kgs of luggage to match weather conditions.

Any tips on expected weather for this time of year would be really appreciated from seasoned passenger experiences.

A few more questions; does this cruise have any formal nights as hubby not sure to take DJ or not?

Not sure what to do about shore excursions when we get to the Caribbean islands; have not pre booked anything. Is it best to wait till be get there & book with a port side excursion booking or get a taxi?

Last one currency? so many denominations for each island is it best to just take lower denomination of US dollars then if given change in individual currency we are less likely to lose out ?

Hi also new to this forum; are gratuities mandatory or can you cancel them ???

I am a Cunard cruiser & gratuities for $16 pppn are even a higher price than

P 1& Q1 guests.

The amount a cruise costs + all these extras makes a customer really think hard whom to book with as it's a big market out there.

I always cancel my gratuities pppn & tip who I/we want to.

I was thinking of a June cruise with Oceania as plan B to a Cunard cruise but not so sure....

sometimes best to stick safe with what you know or can I be advised otherwise ???

Hi all forgive me if this had been asked before; I am a bit out of date not having visited this site since 05.08.15 !!!

I am looking at cruising in June but note the Early saver fare & savers prices have a statement advising of complimentary in port shuttle buses are not included.

Can anyone advise how this is managed on board as to how you access a shuttle bus if I you were to book this package.

If you are able book it how much is the cost ???
