  1. We stayed in cabin 10177. It was a 16 day cruise and the cost for a balcony was so expensive we decided on an inside.  It was fantastic, we were 25 steps to Spice H2O (the bar specifically). This was a sideways inside room and it worked out perfect for us.  I requested the beds separated to give us more room.  I had two future cruises booked in a balcony stateroom and have since changed the bookings to an inside room.

I found a couple of pictures of our room.  One suggestion is to bring metal hooks for the walls.

  2. We will be sailing with NCL next month.  Spending 5 days visiting the various islands.  We have the beverage package, do we get charged taxes on the drinks while in port?  Also, seeing as we are spending 5 days I’m assuming we never get into international waters?  TIA

  3. Looks like during our cruise my daughter's college summer online course starts.  Will the regular wifi work or should it be upgraded to premium?  I’m assuming it will be delivered through Teams or Zoom.  Thanks

  4. Question for Canadians who have recently cruised.  When filling out the ArriveCAN do you list all countries the ship has docked at or only the ports you get off at?  Not sure how to fill this out.  TIA

  5. Prices doubled. I think some cabins more than doubled. They basically shut people out from booking as it sailed about 60% full.

If you want to go, I'd book now. There are lots of us already booked from the day it opened for bookings.

  6. I understand your frustration but it isn't the fault of the construction they ran out of some mixes. We had that happen one time when they ran out of our favorite wine. More than anything this is another reason for not sailing during spring break unless you have to. We try to avoid sailing from the first week in March til a week after Easter.

We were told when a ship is going into dry dock they run supplies down, so them running out early in the cruise IMO has everything to do with it.

  7. We were on the Sun for the March 9th sailing. Construction had already started at that time. One half of deck 12 was completely closed and Champs bar was closed the majority of the cruise. This was a sold out spring break cruise, seating was very hard to come by unless you were out at 7am. There was a lot of noise from the construction, not my idea of a relaxing cruise. The bars were also out of mix to make strawberry daiquiris and pina coladas. Had I known there would have been construction done during my vacation I would have booked something else. Shame on you NCL for the lack of communication.

  8. Sitting in O’Sheehan’s eating breakfast in San Juan after an awesome 11 day cruise. We took advantage of purchasing 4 cruisenext certificates which we used 2 per balcony stateroom on the Bliss December 2018. Anyone have any questions?

Glad you had an awesome vacation. We are leaving on the Dawn Jan 6th out of PR. Did you stay at a hotel prior to boarding, if so which one? Did you have any issues in San Juan?
