Yes we did this last Thursday same number of people. $31 flat fee plus tip. It was great and easy. The dispatcher will help you find the right sized car.

Did you have to call ahead the previous day, call when you arrived, or just talk to someone at the taxi stand?

My family and I are arriving in Vancouver on Thursday afternoon. We intend to take a cab from the airport to our hotel downtown. Two adults, two kids, and luggage.
Can we just walk out at baggage claim and get a cab at the airport, or do I need to make previous arrangements? (Reservation.)

The website LOOKS pretty today. It lists all of my previous cruises, but I am still somehow pre-gold. Must be some new system of counting, huh?

So, their tip is $1.43???? Geeezzzzz I would tip much more than that. Anyway, I wasn't going to comment, but changed my mind after 2 glasses of wine. Unless I am sick, why would I want and PAY $8.00 plus tip for room service? There are many places to obtain food at no cost....
True. Depends on your sailing, but there is probably a small windows of time where room service is your only option. Otherwise, bring something down from the windjammer or one of the cafes and enjoy it on your balcony. Lots dot it. Just don't leave your empty dishes sitting out in the halls. They'll disappear next time your steward comes.
Tip: I don't believe that the windjammer has trays, so you'll have to bring your own when you go to grab something. A tray from a previous room service visit (breakfast) or your stateroom's coffee service. Just let your steward know that you want to hang on to it.

They automatically add the gratuity in addition to the $7.95, which is divided up with behind-the-scenes people. (I don't know why it's called a gratuity then, but... that's another discussion.) You can give an additional cash tip if you choose. Sorry I forgot about that but $9.38 get you all you can eat off the room-service menu as long as it's all in the same order.
-
All the items that you want, for all of the people that you want, just one $7.95 charge for delivery to the cabin.

Boarding time means nothing. Show up whenever you want to, although I suggest some time BEFORE the ship leaves. Unless you are a good swimmer. [emoji2]

Do you have CiCi's pizza buffet chain in your area? $5 all you can eat. I'd compare it to that.

I agree. Comparable to Cici's. Any all you can eat pizza is good pizza! [emoji57]

Just wait until you get there. We purchased tix ahead of time online and they were nearly half the cost at the desk. Fortunately, they gave us some meal vouchers to make up the difference. Don't fall for their "limited number of passes" scare tactic.

Yes, it is a "small" ship by today's standards, but my family thought that it was our most enjoyable RC cruise yet. Awesome staff.

Atlantis is a must see. We did not do the "water park" things. Just walked around the resort and aquariums.

Seems like a lot of work. I say either pay for your drinks or... maybe just go without booze for a few days?

The seaweed is a tidal thing....sometimes it's there...sometimes, it's not. Sort of like jellyfish!
I'll take rocks (actually broken coral) over jellyfish any day!

Tell your room steward you need a new mattress. Actually it is two mattresses put together and both of them are awful! Or if you don't see him call guest services and tell them about those mattresses. We have complained about mattresses before and they have been replaced.
Good luck.
Yeah, they'll trade them with your neighbors when no one is looking. [emoji57]

Forgot to mention... The farm is definitely not Disney world. Not a whole lot to see or do. But it is definitely cool to play with the baby turtles. Just keep in mind that most of them will be on someone's dinner table one day.

Yep. Same price at the gate. Here's a tip: don't take an expensive shuttle or taxi to get there. Walk about two blocks up from the port. There's a bus depot next to the library that will get you there for $2. You get to experience "island life" along the way.
