    Day 9 - continued

On my way back, I stopped at a place that had several food booths. Around half of them were closed (not sure if they only open on weekends or if they’re closed for the winter), but there was still some variety.

I grabbed a Beaver Tail because exercise, even a slow walk on an even terrain, should be rewarded.

The spot with all the food booths is very close to the meeting point for the Harbour Hopper, so when it was time to check-in I was only a couple of minutes away. Also, there were accessible public restrooms in the area, so really it was an ideal place for a short break.

I think there is only one of the Hoppers that’s accessible and once it arrived it took a while for them to get it ready as they have to remove a couple of benches for a wheelchair to fit in.

Then, they brought a lift similar to what they use to get me on trains when the platform is too low. It was pretty easy to get me up into the Hopper and secured.

    Day 7 - continued

On my way out, I made a short detour to the outside promenade on Deck 5, which had been closed due to weather for most of the cruise.

Most of it was roped off, so I couldn’t see much, but I did see a group of cruising ducks chatting about shore excursions.

Shore Excursions have accumulated quite the collection! Meanwhile, I have still found 0 and according the the roll call the place is crawling with ducks.

We found 5 (!) on Odyssey… so good luck to you 😃

also good luck with the cookies… I remember it being awesome… we asked them, when they will bake new ones and just stayed there… there was always a long line when people smelled it and they went really quick

Thank you so much! Do try all of them! And then try new ones and tell me about them!

I’m actually a terrible travel companion. All I do is obsess with spicy cheese and then complain about the amount of spicy cheese I eat. Also, I hog the pencil during Game of Thrones trivia 😉

Oh you are a great travel companion and I can't wait to travel with you again 🙂  and I loved reading your review and relive our cruise.
