We are taking our first NCL cruise in Feb on the Escape.

My boys are 9,7, & 4 what is the dress code. Do they need to wear dress pants or can they wear shorts? Are sandals acceptable or do they need shoes?

Also my MIL & FIL are going with. My MIL keeps asking about the formal. How dressed up do people get?

There are several of us coming in different dates and times. Cruise is 2/27/16 so we looking for a room Friday, 2/26/2016 but here are several in our group.

There are 5 of us arriving 2:00pm 2/26 2 adults, 3 kids 9,7,4

There will be another 6 arriving at 8:00 pm 2/26 2 adults, 4 kids 12,9,6,6

Two more sets of 2 adults that haven't booked their flights yet. One might fly in 2/25/16 instead and will stay two nights.

Another family of 2 adults, 2 kids 7,5 that will arrive 2/25/16 and stay two nights. Looking for something affordable with shuttle. Closeby to restaurants for those arriving an extra day early.

I am looking for a hotel the night prior to our Feb 2016 cruise. We would like something that provides a shuttle from MIA to hotel and hotel to Port of Miami for free or minimal fee.

Yes POM to MIA. What is a taxi van? Would it make sense to book with another family of 6? We have friends going too.

I just booked a Delta flight out of MIA at 11:00 am for a Norweigan Escape cruise Feb 2016. We are a family of 5 and plan on walking off the ship. Do you think we will have any issues?

We have cruised Carnival out of FLL and there were times we were at the airport by 8:00-8:30.
