If you can wait for 2020, NCL has a cruise from Europe to Dubai, going to Haifa and Luxor. I prefer to cruise with Princess and RCCL.
There is also a warning for Australians (and probably in the US) not to travel to Egypt. So I will just wait and see.
Oh, long waiting without no guarantee

We used Le Caire Travel last month for a 15 daystour of Cairo, Luxor & Aswan. I have nothing but good things to say aboutthem. Very well organized, professional, friendly and eager to please. Our tourguide Sozy was terrific. She was friendly and knowledgeable, spoke excellentEnglish and was an Egyptologist who was well versed in the historical andcultural aspects of the sights we were taken to see. Anything we asked of them, they did it.

Just returned from 2 week trip to Cairo, Abu Simbel, Luxor. We had a fabulous guide Mo and we had jam packed days. It was hot outside of Cairo, we fly down to Abu Simbel and had 3 days on Lake Nasser, then we transferred to a Nile river ship. The ships showed signs of neglect, but we had good bus transportation to the sites, and very good security. We did have some problems with the flights into Cairo from the US and back again as Egyptair is very unreliable. This was a bucket list trip for many and we had an excellent group of travelers.
I'd same with Egypt air

Take into consideration that a lot can change when it comes to Egypt...
Just today Oceania had canceled the call of the Riviera that was schedule to the beginning of June...
Why?

Hi
We used Le Caire Travel last month for a 15 days tour of Cairo, Luxor & Aswan and 6 days in Jordan I have nothing but good things to say about them. Very well organized, professional, friendly and eager to please. Our tour guide Heba was terrific. She was friendly and knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and was an Egyptologist who was well versed in the historical and cultural aspects of the sights we were taken to see. Anything we asked of them, they did it.
Wish you a nice trip
