Halloween is my favorite holiday, because of the candy. I was on a ship two years ago and there was no candy to be found! Luckily someone else had brought some and helped with my candy fix. There were decorations and people work costumes, but no trick or treating. I will definitely bring candy this year when I'm away for Halloween.

It's a terrific splurge. Labadee is one of my favorite places in the world and the cabanas make it even better. You can relax, have shade if you want, a cabana attendant, water, floats, etc. I don't think I would pay for it every time, but definitely for a special occasion.

I agree...the little deck above Windjammer was never crowded. There are big padded round beds and hammocks, in addition to the lounge chairs.

Does anyone have a sturdy 4-wheel spinner that fits under the seat?

Sure. I put clings on the balcony door, mirrors, and balcony glass outside.

I was just there and didn't have any issues. I had been sneezing and coughing in general for the previous week from allergies, I think, and didn't notice any change. I rode in one of the classic cars and was fine. Enjoy!

I wore a swimsuit and coverup every day during the crossing. I brought a lot more shorts and t's than I needed. If you'll be by the pool a lot, it's very lightweight, convenient, and comfortable.

I'm glad everyone is ok. Interesting that I didn't feel a lot of movement, but we were coming from Labadee.

I put up Halloween decoration with magnetic hooks and those 3M Commands hooks that you can slide off. They worked really well.

I was worried about putting lights on the balcony (Boardwalk) but no one said anything.

What's up with these rooms? I know they're bigger....are they weird, good? Photos? Thanks!

I recently went on Harmony for my birthday and we all had a great time. We met new people at the table and had the great entertainment of the chef. It was similar to on land, which I don't go to often, but I'd definitely go again.

I booked that date too! So excited. I can't wait.

I've been able to FaceTime easily.

I prefer the bed by the balcony so I can open the door and hear the sound of the waves better. Or like someone mentioned before, you can see the water better if the bed is next to the balcony.

Great stories! I also had a great experience getting a glossy temporary color that I thought would be fun for the week. It made me feel great. I'll be on FOS in a few months. Hope Dominick is still there.

I know you'll have a wonderful time! Chocolate covered strawberries are always great, but I also like bringing little decorations to have up at the start. For my friend's birthday, I sent her out some errand and decorated while she was gone. It made the room festive the entire time. On other girls trips I've put together bags of things that may be useful like highlighters, post its, list of fun tips for the ship, bubbles for sail away, even some glow in the sticks for on deck at night if they're having a late night party or BBQ.

I love the idea of little random surprises throughout the week. I love doing that for my friends.
