We had a vow renewal on the Getaway earlier this year, and it went well. We worked through Group Services, so the only hassle (which was minimal) was that Group Services in Miami would get a request from us, contact the team in the ship, and then get back to us.
Our service was very nice, performed by the Captain (we had paid for the deluxe package, which doesn't seem to be an option any longer.)
The Group Services team was very helpful before the cruise and onboard after we sailed. I was pleased.

My wife and I are trying to book vow renewals on NCL Spirit Med cruise. Such a hassle!!!! And their customer service team are quite unfriendly and rude. Made us feel small and unimportant; we are spending good money to enjoy our 5yr wedding anniversary and they don't care how we feel or how they are treating us. Am I the only one who has had horrible experiences with NCL? We got into contact with the president and COO and sent him our story and what transpired. I hope this is rectified and that improvements to their customer service is done.

I just came home from a 14 days NCL cruise June 26, and during those 14 days they had the "fill-the-bag" laundry promotion for $20 at least 3 or 4 times during the cruise. And if you are careful when filling the bag (by packing everything flat or rolled tight); it is amazing how much clothing you can fit in to that bag.

Hi everyone! I'm new to CC but have been on 3 carnival cruises....so no stranger to the cruise life. October 2015 my wife and I are doing a 12 day Norwegian Spirit Mediterranean cruise and want to know is there public laundry facilities on all the floors? Or only laundry service through the ship's housekeeping department.

UPDATE! Emailed the COO of NCL and explained all. An NCL rep called us back and told us we were given VIP status for all our troubles and $100 on board credit since we already have Unlimited Dining and Unlimited Drinks
