We were on last week. We didn't do the parties, but the shows were rather loud. Especially the Brat Pack show. Not loud enough to drive us out, but my ears were ringing for a solid 30 hour after, like if I'd attended a concert.

I was impressed that the announcements weren't in the room. Sometimes it was a pain because I'd have to open the door of my room to hear what was going on (especially when we were getting into a port), but overall I didn't find noise to be a big problem.

I sail in two weeks and I wasn't going to do the drop slide because what if I get stuck? But maybe I'll try it now because I know what to do ;)
