How long does it take for my cruise credit to appear on my reservation? This is credit that I obtained by using my RCI credit card points.

Can someone tell me if there is much of a swim required from the catamaran to the beach. A friend of ours is unable to immerse her head in the water and will skip the snorkeling.

Not true. Most of the menu is the same, but each has a few unique offerings. I was on The Edge last week.

This is their job. They are doing it for MONEY. Often times to send home to support their family. They will be very gracious about gifts, but have limited space and prefer you show your appreciation with cash and not trinkets.

When trying to sign into the Celebrity site on my laptop, I get the bluescreen with grid of white dots. I am able to sign in on my tablet. What is the solution?

We have a reservation for January 19th for one night. Has anyone stayed there recently? Are they honoring their reservations? What shape is it in? Any first person information is appreciated.

Are there jacks on the radio/clock or sound system in the balcony rooms to plug in an IPOD?

I was charged 18% gratuity for the free drinks on the Jewell in the Schooner bar. Never got a slip, but it showed up on my account. Did not charge for the drinks, only 18% gratuity. I felt this was very underhanded.

On August 1st I cancelled a cruise that we had fully paid for on the Harmony for January 2017. Well within the cancellation period. The deposit of $500 was done in June 2015 and the remainder was paid about 6 months ago. Between the deposit payment and the balance payment, Visa issued a new card with a new account number.
RCI claims to have refunded the deposit and the balance to those two account numbers, which VISA claims have merged and that any refunds to the old account number will automatically flow to the new account number.
SO. VISA says they did not receive the $500 refund to the old number or at all. And RCI claims they sent it and will not believe that these two account numbers are one and the same account.. Can't get either side to claim ownership.
Very frustrated. Should I cancel all my RCI and Celebrity cruises and risk the same fiasco? I am a Diamond RCI member and an Elite Celebrity member.
Open to suggestions.
