  1. Did you actually have your own passport, or were you on your parents passport? I believe years ago infants were not issued separate passports. However, it really does not matter, because after 34 years, it is long 'lost'. So, that is what I would put on the application. EM

I did have one and my sweet mother threw it away thinking I probably wouldn't need it. I wish I still had it just for sentimental purposes!

Thank you for all of your answers!!! Hopefully I won't have any issues getting it!

  2. Hello all! This is my VERY first post! Yahoo! :p:p:p This site has been amazing in helping me plan my family's very first cruise (for all of us). We will be sailing on the Disney Fantasy, June 11-18, 2016!

I do have a passport question- I had a passport when I was an infant due to my father serving in the Navy in Italy. On the passport forms it asks "have you ever applied for or been issued a US passport or passport card?

Well, I had one, but I am 36 now and that passport has been gone for like 34 years. Does anyone know what I should check here???? My options are 1. submitting with application, 2. stolen, 3. lost.

I have gotten mixed answers about this from family and friends and wanted to get another opinion.

    THANKS!
