Are there more RC ships that will be coming out with schedules for April/May 2018? Or have they all been announced?

If Brilliance of the Seas will be doing 4/5 nights from Tampa in winter, what does that mean for spring? We were hoping for a 5 night out of Tampa for April or May. Is that considered summer season?

It's amazing all the info I can get on here! I'm becoming an addict/stalker. [emoji12]

Will the Adventure likely be 5 day itineraries? I'm hoping to find a cool ship with a 5 day cruise out of Canaveral or Tampa in April/May 2018 and choices feel limited (because my family doesn't want Carnival or Bahamas). Fingers crossed.

You are correct. Our priority has to be Port and length. And I just want to know what might have the best entertainment within those limitations. Does Carnival have good shows? Food? Is it too much of a party crowd for non-partiers? Is Disney too "kid-focused" for a group of adults? Or worth a shot?
It's hard to read all the reviews and know what's great, what's good enough and what might be "less than". Is a 70% approval rate great?! But stay away from 50%?
We're definitely positive people who will be happy to be sailing together and celebrating. I'm not one to let any couple of negative aspects of a ship ruin my vacation or sour my mood! The options become overwhelming but my mindset is there's no such thing as a "bad" Caribbean cruise (one of those once in a million breakdown situations being the exception)!

We cruised Alaska mid-August 2016. We had very nice days in port, mostly sunny but needed a light jacket/rain coat. The only time I needed winter attire (stocking hat, scarf & gloves) was the day we traveled into Tracey Arm Fjord and were up around 6:30 am to see glaciers from the ship. I wore long pants daily with a tshirt and carried or wore a jacket in ports. I liked having a wrap in the dining room in case it was chilly.
Enjoy the beautiful sights! Happy sailing! Seattle is beautiful in the summer!

Those all sound amazing, but none of those ships do 5 day cruises. 😭

Sigh. I know. I would MUCH rather go on a 7 day but I'm being forced to COMPROMISE (ew). Lol. I've never been on RC and I'd LOVE to go on a ship with an ice rink & show or one that has a full Broadway musical! But, I did get them to expand from Tampa & Port Canaveral ports only to Miami or Ft Lauderdale, so that's progress. [emoji4]

Trying to plan extended family (all adults) cruise for my mom's 80'th birthday. We're having a heck of a time meeting all our criteria. Any ideas?
May 2018 preferred
Any FL Port OR Charleston, Mobile, OR New Orleans
(some family members need to drive to port)
5-6 days (not 2 Sundays due to time off constraints)
Prefer no Bahammas ports
Carnival isn't a popular choice with this non-partying family, but our options seem too limited without including it.
What are options for a ship rated HIGH for adults in ENTERTAINMENT & Activities?

I'm anxiously watching for bookings to become available. My extended family is hoping to catch a 5-6 day RC cruise in May 2018 out of a Florida port. Sounds like Brilliance might fall into that? Fingers crossed.

Thanks all! The Brilliance dies look like the best rated ship out of our limited options. It doesn't yet show the schedule for April 2018 so I'll wait a month and see!

Hi cruisers!
Seeking recommendations:
5 night Cruise Spring 2018
Leaving from Tampa or Port Canaveral
All adults on family vacation
Any destination
Looking for highly rated ship offering the BEST entertainment.
We're not partiers. Not Carnival.
Thanks for taking the time to make a recommendation!

That was my concern is cooler weather at sea. We cruised to Alaska most recently and for me, without pool days I didn't enjoy my ship time as much. I was thinking 7 days with no ports and no pool time may be too much for me.

We booked on Celebrity Infinity from Ft Lauderdale to Valparaiso, Chile November 23- December 8. Temperatures look to be in 70's. Will it be warm enough for sunbathing and lounging by the pool and going to beaches? I'm worried it may not be "tropical" enough weather to please us. Thanks in advance for your input!

Thanks! I've never been planning on the edge of when schedules were released before! The wait is killing me because I'm ready to pick one and start dreaming of Caribbean waters....
