So in our room was a survey. A survey you will all LOVE. What is it about? Well it is about the website!!! So before I fill it out I want to hear some creative responses and one liners from you all haha!
When we got to our room we had our usual concierge snacks but these seemed better. For one there was a deviled egg which in my opinion is a lost art. I love seeing them on the menu at an old school bar. But take a look at what looks like large chickpeas. Those are scallops. They've definitely stepped it up for this cruise!
You need to put on that survey for the people there at Celebrity,s IT dept to read all the problems everyone is having with their pisspoor website here on Cruise Critic.. I canceled 3 reservations I had booked with Celebrity.Tried for weeks and couldn,t get anywhere.I just had enough and canceled all 3!! Maybe they need to hear people are canceling or just moving to another cruiseline for their cruises!!:rolleyes:

Been on 14 cruises on different cruiselines ,but never done a B2B. We are excited to try it next May. 14 days total.Been on longer cruises and excited to see what it,s like to do a B2B.This was on our bucket list and are hoping we won,t be disappointed!

All I can say is wow. The food is like slop. Very cheap ingredients. I'm actually at the point of being angry. This isn't the Celebrity I came like really like. This is a joke. Shore excursions also are pretty bad. Frankly I'd fire people over how things have gone. This company should be ashamed.
Sound to me like your the kind of person who isn,t happy with anything,anywhere you go.Nit picking at everything.Maybe you should stay home in your comfort zone where everything is perfect.Was on the Equinox in May and everything was fantastic.Enjoyed every minute of it.Life,s to short to nit pick at silly things and enjoy life to the fullest!!

I got so fed up with the site, that I cancelled my cruise, and rebooked with Princess. Same date. What a beautiful site. Very user friendly.
LOL, I canceled 3 reservations.I tried for weeks to get on and manage my 3 reservations,NOTHING!! So I canceled them.Haven,t rebooked with another cruise line yet ,but I am thinking of Princess also.

Welcome to everyone's nightmare! I tried for weeks to get into my 3 reservations and couldn,t do so.I was soooo frustated I called and canceled all 3.Too many other cruiselines to use, to put up with that piss poor website.Celebrity called me the next day and asked why I canceled and if there's anything they could do to change my mind. I said ,fix their horrible website and I might consider booking with them again.:mad:

I,m sorry but this post seems kind of silly.don,t you think.Why post what kind of computer or what browser your using, or if its windows 10 ect,? What dose this have to do with problems we are having with the website?? All that info isn,t going to fix Celebrity's pisspoor website!:rolleyes:

I have tried and tried ever since they changed websites,For weeks now I have tried to manage my 3 reservations and getting nowhere.Well I had enough and called and canceled them. I, m sick and tired of their pisspoor website.Maybe if they lose enough money from canceled or not making reservations with Celebrity,Their SO CALLED CEO will do something.Too many other good cruise lines to chose from to put up with the aggravation from Celebrity,s website!! # VERY FRUSTRATED:mad:

NO!!!!! I have 3 reservations and only one is right(Fingers crossed it stays that way). One been saying for days now( UNDEFINED DAYS FOR UNDEFINED #??? I,m about to call and cancel them all and take my business elsewhere. No reason for a website to be THAT screwed up for days now.SMDH

I just tried to bring up my 3 reservations and only one is right! One dosen,t have the correct info .I booked these on board and got extra OBC for doing so. One only has the 300.00 OBC perk but not the 200.00 OBC for booking onboard.The other one keeps saying( Undefined days till your undefined) And departing undefined for undefined nights! I,m about to cancel them and go elsewhere.It,s been like that for days now. I don,t want to be on the phone for hours just to get an answer! I,m sure I,m not the only one having problems.Where did Celebrity get these supposedly SMART people in IT?:o

I,ve sailed both lines and love them both.BUT with a 13 year old I would reconsider and look into Royal Caribbean.There is more for a 13 year old to do on RC than Princess or Celebrity.Take a look at one of the mega ships like Oasis or Allure or one of the other newer ships.We were on the Oasis of the Seas and loved it.So much to do and the shows were fantastic.

This is my first cruise and I'm wondering what the laundry service is like on Celebrity Solstice. Is there self service laundry or just dry cleaning?
There is no self laundry room on any Celebrity ship.It's very expensive to send your laundry out to be washed too.49.95 for a small to medium bag of laundry,and it's wash and fold only.I guess Celebrity needs to make as much money off passengers as possible.Gotta pay those big bucks to the CEO, now don,t we!!;p
