We're on the Grand later this month - does anyone know what dining room they use for embarkation day lunch?

Thank you that is a huge help.
If you like it, you may be able to do a 2nd dive on the same day. Then you'll get hooked and will start planning dive vacations :D

My wife and I are going to be in Catalina as part of a cruise in October. We both are not dive certified we keep talking about doing but never get around to it. We've really enjoyed snorkeling as well as "Snuba" in the past. Carnival offers a guided tour/class that does not require certification. Has anyone tried this and how was it? Also, is this a excursion we are likely to find on the docs for less?
Thanks in advanced
I would reserve direct with Catalina Divers Supply - you can read more about them here - http://www.catalinadiverssupply.com/excursions_discoverscuba.html

Lots of jeans in the dining room on RCCL ships on non-formal nights. We did the Baltic on the Serenade of the Seas in June and he wouldn't feel out of place at all. Most guys wore polos or button down shirts, some even wore t-shirts.

We stayed at the Central Hotel because it was right across the street Armada Express train from the airport and it was very reasonably priced.
There are a few cruise terminals in/around Stockholm. We debarked at Frihamnen and there were no hotels close enough that you didn't need a taxi, so it made sense to stay near the train station.

Hi,
I'll be travelling on the Serenade of the Seas round trip from Stockholm. What is the earliest flight I could comfortably book? I'll be flying to either Frankfurt or Munich and then from there to Toronto.
Thanks,
CG
We were on the Serenade this year and the earliest flight RCCL would provide transportation for was 12:30 pm.
There were a couple of people that made earlier flights, but they had to arrange for their own way to the airport.

Any suggestions of where to stay? Our cruise ends in Tokyo and we are looking for something clean and comfortable in a great location - well connected to public transport, lots of restaurants, and fun (and safe) to walk to around at night.

Hi Everyone, we'll be on the Regal Princess for 25 days starting next 8/30. We just booked, so my question to those who've already done the research, do any of the St. Petersburg tour companies do an overnight tour. Did any of you do an overnight, if so, were you pleased. The Princess tour is about $1900 pp and the overnight is on a train, again, anyone have info on such a tour? Thanks to all in advance for any help offered.
I think the overnight to Moscow is only reasonable if you have two night in SPB. We did, but after really sitting down and thinking about it, we opted to spend all 3 days in SPB. We really enjoyed our two nights in the city - going out, eating, drinking, enjoying the city. Going to Moscow includes meeting outside immigration at 6:00 am and not getting back until 1:00 am. We decided to Moscow another time when we can spend the better part of a week there.

We are on a 3-night Grand Princess Vancouver to San Francisco in 6 weeks or so and my TA was able to upgrade me from BD (balcony) to MA (highest mini-suite) so it is worth asking!
Really I wanted the price difference in OBC for drinks & casino - which we've gotten in the past on Carnival - but upgrade is better than nothing :)

Hello!
Looking for what hotels you've enjoying staying at in Singapore. We are planning to arrive 3 nights before we depart on the Diamond Princess on April 11th next year.
Looking for something clean and comfortable in a nice area to walk around in.
Thanks!

We ran into mosquitos in Amsterdam only and we did all the major ports except Riga.
