Hi all,
I'm looking for recent copies of the Comapsses for the 9 night itinerary from Cape Liberty (2011 season). If anyone has them scanned please let me know. You can reach me here: krausssj at hotmail dot com.
Thanks in advance!

I am taking my father on a short 5 day cruise on the Enchantment and would like to know how many people were dressed up for formal night? Were the men in blazers, suits, or not many dressed up at all? Just trying to decide if I want to take my suit or blazer.
Thanks in advance,
Steve

Lets face it, no matter where you stay whether on a ship or in a hotel, there is always the chance for noise. We all agree that noise is bad when we want to get some sleep or stay asleep. There are things we can do in advance to help reduce the chances of a sleepless night. Remember there are things on a ship which need to be performed only at night when the vast majority of passengers are asleep. Some noises are really unpreventable (like the anchor and chain if you are near the front, the decks being washed and prepared for the next day, the tender doors being opened very early in the morning after arrival at the dock, etc.).
My point is you may be in one of the rooms near these noisy conditions because you were 'upgraded' or it was the best choice when you booked your cruise, or didn't know the cabin may have had a noise problem. And to take it one step further, the ship can't move you to a different cabin.
What things can we all do to reduce this problem and continue to enjoy our vacation?
I for one always travel with an eye mask and ear plugs, just for this reason. I don't want to wake up the next morning and still be angry because of the noise. I want to be able to start the day feeling good and enjoy the time I have while on-board. We all know and have witnessed those cruisers which find every problem and use them as their excuse for their having a bad time. Why focus on the negative?
What other tips can we give to fellow cruises which can help to reduce these types of issues if they do happen?:)
