We enjoyed iur spa day but ad a problem witpth the lockers ie when we came backbfrom lunch our lockers had been assigned to another guest and our stuff was moved.I had an ipad and other valuable stuff in my locker so I was not happy.I would leave everything in your cabin!

  2. We sailed in March and loved the ship. The sea days were busy but we had a balcony cabin so we had a quiet place to escape and still get some sun.It was different to our other cruises on Royal Caribbean with around 2000 passengers but not enough that it was annoying. The Epic had great entertainment and that will be hard to beat on future cruises. We loved the starlight band that played in the cavern club almost everyday . We met a lot of people regularly if we're into the same types of food/restaurants. Have fun 😀

  3. Hello, we are looking at booking the spirit and two cabins are available that we like 6535 and 10611 .Does anyone have any opinion on either and the spirit in General.we recently sailed on the Epic which was our first on NCL which we loved but prefer a smaller ship and the lack of outside areas to walk were a big minus for us. We love entertainment and the Epic was fantastic but the need to book and Que for everything got old very quickly. We loved the freestyle style of NCL .Thank you in advance for any advice

  4. AIBP is the Princess all inclusive beverage package that is for sale on all cruises. There was a short time last year when they offered the package as a free perk, I was lucky enough to snag it for a 17 day TA coming up in December and still got a decent price

Wow that sounds like a great deal ! Enjoy your holiday

  5. we used a credit card, they add it to your account when you check in and you can check what is on the bill on your tv in your room, any queries and you go to credit services to resolve it (my friends had a $20 charge from o'sheehan's for chardonnay that they have not got a clue why it was charged but they removed it happily)

Then on the last night they leave a paper copy of the final bill in your room, you dont have to do anything to pay, it is taken automatically.

I think you can go settle the final bill in cash on the last evening and if you leave a debit card on the account at the start of the cruise they take a certain amount out to check it is a fluid account, it is then returned about 4 weeks later.

My favourite place for breakfast was the garden cafe, buffet, deck 15. An amazing choice, cannot see anyone not finding what they like (also you get real english bacon up there that you dont get anywhere else on the ship!!!) was great up there for a big party, first one in got a table and the rest of us just came and went!

you can go to o'sheehans from 5am and order a full english/omelette etc and the other restaurants do breakfasts to order, there really is too much choice lol

Thank you for your reply.I am looking forward to the bacon 😉

  6. That's great to hear.I'm glad you had a great holiday! We are off on WEpic shortly and I was getting worried about some of the reviews, they were so mixed.

Can I ask you about your account on the ship, did you use a credit/ debit card or cash? I don't want the hassle of exchanging money etc and was going to use a card as we have the UBP and SEP and have prepaid our tips so don't plan on spending more than a hundred or two on-board.

Also what was your favourite place for breakfast?

  7. Hi , we are Irish and would have to change euro to dollars to pay cash into our account and then change it back if we have any money left over.We were going to use a debit card for our account but on reading other threads we saw that for a 12 day cruise NCL want to put a hold on $450 each, that's a lot of money as we have the dining and drinks package perks and we have prepaid our gratuities already. Can anyone advise me if this is true as our TA never mentioned this, thank you 😊

  8. I contacted my pic by email when I say a big price drop on our march cruise and upgraded from an interior room to an aft balcony for €20 per person,we also got the Sdp as this was before 30 day blackout for offers. The week previously I was offered the aft balcony by the upsell dept for a charge ofc €600 so it's worth trying 😊 just be careful you don't lose any perks you got at booking.
