What was this mini cruise? Perhaps it was sold cheaply and people who had never cruised before were on - and usually go to Blackpool or Brighton!!

I am a Bradford city fan and I'm going to Blackpool and with you supporting the dog botheres sorry I mean Huddersfield town you will be going to Brighton , shall we ask about them to see who they are?

Me and the wife stuck together for the kids , she wouldn't Take them ,and I wouldn't take them ,so we stayed together , I hope she doesn't read this .

Good to hear from you! Thanks for the Portimao info - when we did the 'Spirit of Iberia' itinerary we docked at Huelv instead of Portimao although we have visited there on a land based holiday.

Hi Brenda when we went to portimao we docked,you just walk into town along a prom and go left to the shops, the market should have been on but it was Bastille day and a lot of places shut,I even fished in the harbour and caught some mullet with a English builder who lives there,right in the port there is a local who walks around naked and people from the cruise were getting their pictures with him ,strange eh,

You can take a vaporetto to the lido either using several routes from from Piazza Roma or the route B from station maritime. Try to get to Burano, it is like a little Venice, there is a vaporetto but I think you have to change

Burano is a must ,get off at murano have a look at the glass factory then catch the next one to burano buy a days ticket,
