this forum has been a great help to me over the couple of months. I need to know if the room i have booked is good one.

 

i am going on star princes in feb 2016 and have booked a mini suite. i have blocked D732 is this room good. i have not sailed before so every help is most welcomed.

 

can anyone tell me what to except on this cruise to south america. I am taking my 19 year daughter. What can she do during the day activities.

D732 is a great cabin. It is along way from the lifts so no noise from there also only two cabins aft of you so no hallway traffic. Good choice! I always book in the aft for that reason. Also you'll love your mini suite.

It's not something I have ever seen advertised but have been told by several cruisers that they are getting it. Try calling Princess and asking?

Does Princess ever offer discounts if you work for the police department?

There is no obc for police, just miltary. The only other way I know of to get the credit is to be a Carnival (who own Princess) shareholder. 100 shares gets you the same obc as military.

We are about to take our 16th. Princess cruise and this one is on the Star, a round trip 10 day coastal from Vancouver. It departs Oct. 3rd. 2015. This will be our fifth cruise on the Star and we really enjoy the ship. Being from the Interior of British Columbia it's a treat to be able to book a return cruise from Van. I'm particularly excited about this trip because it overnights in San Francisco, one of our favourite cities. It also corresponds with the end of Fleet Week so we can watch all the festivities, marine and airshows from the ship.
