Hubby & I both take meds to control high blood pressure (including diuretics), and we try to watch our diet re: salt, etc. But reading some of the posts here has made me wonder if we'll have some of the same problems on our cruise in Sept. to Alaska.
I was going to drink a lot of iced tea rather than spring for a soda card, but now I'm starting to wonder if we should just stock up on bottled water instead ...
