Was wondering if anyone has stayed in any of the rooms next to the Laundry Room and if there was an issue with the noise?

We are scheduled to do the Galapagos cruise next month.Does anyone know which airline flies you to Baltra from Quito and what the baggage limits are for checked in luggage and carry on luggage?We are continuing on to Machu Picchu  and aren't sure what else we would need for that leg of the trip.
