150 people on a ship with over 4000 people on board is around 3.5%
I would be pretty pissed off if I was one of those 3.5%
And I'm sure you and others would be too..
abd certainly wouldn't be joking about it -
Came thru the news 30 mins ago

I've spoken to a couple of people that are actually on the ship and said they spoke to others that said
We were sick for a day or two but didn't think we had to report it
YET they still ate in food places on the ship and still walked around spreading their germs around
That's how I know !!!!
Selfish inconsiderate people

Diamond Princess docked in Sydney with 158 people with Gastro this morning
A lot of people did not report it - not fair on others
If you get sick REPORT IT....

How do you know when it's ready
If you are no where near it ?
I certainly won't be hovering around outside waiting !!

Just wondering what is the first thing you do when you board the ship after checking in etc
Do you go to ur cabin and unload suitcase, go have a look around, go eat, or go searching for the coffee cards or booking a spa???
Just curious..

So confusing
I got this from my travel agent yday
"
Thank you for your email
Gratuities are no longer compulsory for sailings out of Australia on Princess Sailings. They do not offer the pre-pay option unfortunately.
Previously they did add an automatic amount to your on board account daily, They have now removed this also. Tipping is completely at your discretion.
If we can be of any further assistance please don’t hesitate to con

Do you have to tip every night ur bed is turned down???
-
After reading this I checked my cruise personalizer and couldn't see my Pre paid gratitudes, so I went to my TA account and seen it wasn't even paid when I booked and paid for my cruise in full... I'm pretty sure it was mentioned and I assumed it would be in the total , but just seen it wasn't
So now how much do I have to pay per day? I'm going to New Zealand on Feb 11th for 13 nights on the Golden Princess
A little annoyed now, thinking everything was paid and I could relax and spend my $250 OBC, now I'll have to pay extra..
Maybe I should listen properly next time.....
-
Great ideas there - thanks
If I ring and ask for more pillows then a top sheet 2 hours later
Do I have to give a tip??
Just curious if you do everytime u want something
-
Oh well
It's up to each individual isn't it !
Everyone has a different answer

I just brought a 6 point hub for my iPhone, portable iPhone chargers and camera, and small movie camera which will plug into my laptop, so I'll only need to use 1 power point .. And looking forward to using the princess messenger app on my phone, to look,up everything from the menus, shows, things to do and calling rooms

Nearly everyone on another site I'm on
