I have taken 8 total classes, 4 with Chef Kelly and 4 with Chef Nicole. I am a seasoned cook and I always pick up a pointer or two and use at least one recipe from each class. I have never had a bad class.
I agree with Rick. People who book on a maybe fill up a spot that someone who really wants to attend will loose.

I have taken several classes, usually on the "at sea days". The classes are fun, informative, and you get a lot of good tips. The classes sell out quickly, so book ahead. I believe there is a 48 hour cancelation policy and then the money goes into your on board account.

We are sailing on Oceania's Marina "Pacific Dreams" and are waitlisted for a tour to Taipivai Valley, Nuka Hiva on Feb 1st.
