We prefer the private tours as they are designed to fit the traveler's needs and not a huge coach tour. We are happy to join small tours or as happened on our last SA trip book individually for the same tour, so members of the same cruise are together but individually responsible for their own costs.

After booking our cruise 3 months ago MSC have just informed us that our insurance PDS needs to sow that although it does not cover for Covid if we develop Covid on the cruise it will cover medical expenses whilst on the cruise to treat symptoms. They have advised they will not allow us on board without this. Our go to insurers Covermore (Australia) have us covered for "Unlimited Medical" however they will not state Covid covered due to implications eg additional costs.

Can you advise as some quotes are more than the cost of the 7 night cruise.
