Thanks for the reply.  I had a similar excursion that Royal cancelled as well.

I stayed in that same cabin on the Harmony and with the slider and bedroom door shut we couldn’t hear anything from the shows. Enjoy the cabin, it’s amazing!

I’ve experienced both and this is a very accurate description.

The Genie is more like a super concierge/facilitator. It seems that the Genie gives much more personalized and individualized service

Although both are wonderful, I prefer Star Class. It’s also nice that everything is included with Star Class, which is not always the case with the Haven (depends on what promos are being offered).

iConcierge:

5 of us in our group of 7 purchased the iConcierge app service to stay connected. We were able to text and/or call each other anytime and used it all the time to inform each other where we were, of upcoming plans, and delays. It can also be used to see availability at shows & restaurants, book them, and keep an eye on the bill. A couple of changes I noted from last year's use of the same service; All restaurant menus on the Getaway were available on the app, though no Escape menus were on the app this year. There were quite a few times I would have loved to see the menus. Instead we hoofed it to the restaurants we wanted to look at, only to find places like Cagney's and Moderno not having a menu out in public view and it was too early for any staff to be around ... so we made a few trips to get a peek at menus. The phone portion of the app worked flawlessly for 4 of us, while last year we could not get it to work at all. The 5th in our group went to the iConcierge desk for support after Day 3 because he could hear but no one could hear him. It was a quick fix in his phone's Settings and it worked like a charm from then on.

You have several different suites located in the haven, the Owner'r Suites, H 2 and H 3 that face forward, Family Villa Suites, H 4 with two bedrooms, and Courtyard Penthouse Suites, H-5 have a small balcony, and bathrooms that look out to the sea. There are several more Haven level cabins that are not in the Haven, but have all the amenities including access to the Haven, and an assigned Butler. My personal favorites are the H 6 stern corner Haven Penthouse suites that offer two rooms, two bathrooms, a 250+ square foot balcony with a fantastic view. I especially love 12306, and would book it again rather than book inside the Haven.;)

I have cabin 12306 in October. Do you have any pictures you can share? I've searched, but can only find similar cabins, not that exact cabin. Does the bathtub have a view of the ocean? It looks like some cabins do and some don't. Is there a Pullman bed?

For the fashion show they provide boas, sunglasses, and tutus. They wanted the girls in leggings. I would pack a nice dress for the tea party. My daughter (almost 7) really enjoyed it and felt very special. In the past we did a tea party at a disney resort which cost about the same amount.
