my family is booked on this excursion. im looking to see if anybody that has used this excursion can tell me what time in arrives and leaves rome

I'm heading to Barcelona at the end of September for my first European cruise on the Vista.

I'm trying to figure out when and where I should get euros.

Should I get them in US before going or should I get them in Europe itself?

This is my first time cruising in Europe and I'm trying to find a hotel in Barcelona for Oct 1st sailing of the Vista.

I don't know where to start it's so overwhelming.

I'm just asking for ideas on what to do and where the best area is to stay. Also what is a fair price

Interesting; I still show "1 excursion booked" but all other excursions are removed for the 7/19 sailing.

i was just checking out excursions for october 1st cruise out of barcelona. There are no excursions listed for izmir and they where there because i already booked one so im wondering if they might be getting ready to completely drop izmir

I ended up with it happily somehow. It was the only one available for my cruise (or on the ship) and it was just sitting there for my family of four with two young daughters. It must have been a cancel as it came up as avaialble out of nowhere.

If you could would it be possible for you to take some photos and post them because I'll be staying in the same cabin in October and I was wondering would it look like

I have been to Rome before not on a cruise but when I go on Vista in October me and my family will be doing the Rome on your own excursion

Maybe a silly question but how do you check your flight data. I know how to check the cruise portion but not the flight part and is this guaranteed for price drop like the cruise portion. Thanks Anna.

I think it is a great program the flight from Boston to Barcelona and Athens to Boston round-trip is now $742

I booked my airfare through carnival called them last night and my credit card was credited

Was just checking my booking last night and noticed the cost my flight has dropped.

I have been moved 4 times as upgades on my cabin. I started out in a cabin on Deck 2 and now am on Deck 8! I did get a phone call last week offering me an upgrade from an interior cabin to a balcony for an amazing one time fee-I jumped on that! I would simply call your PVP and have a chat!

I was wondering when your sail date is

There is one four person stateroom on cloud 9 spa level it is 11232 and it is a spa stateroom

it was poped up when i paid in full last week. but i didn't do it because I hadnt spoken to other members of my group. About which excursions to do. I got carnival to confirm it exists

I have sailed with carnival before and when I have booked and fully paid I have received pop up countdown clock with a discount for shore excursions. I was wondering if anyone has received any offers like that for the Vista cruses

I did not find any with airport shuttles offered. I'm sure they exist, but we'll be just as happy to grab a cab and pay less for the hotel. We were able to book a family suite with separate bedrooms for about €150 per night within walking distance to Las Ramblas.

Which hotel did u use

Hi this is my first cruise in Europe and im looking for not very expensive hotel in barcelona for sept 29 to oct 1 and if possible a shuttle to the port

Is that for round trip or one way

There are different options based on what you pay my flight there is on delta and my flight home is on air France

One piece of information sometimes there are flights that to pay each way

That price was the total. The fun 2 fly program is pretty good I think for this cruise anyway. My only problem is that you have to call carnival to book it

just booked on vista for october first cruise to athens. started looking at airfare right away all flights started at $1000. then found out about carnivals fly2fun program. unfortunately you cant book from website so i called carnival and was able to get four tickets from boston to barcelona and athens to boston for $760 round trip. ill be landing in barcelona 2 days before the cruise giving me plenty of time to get over jet lag so i can enjoy my first european cruise.
